Paid parking.

Quite possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Majority of that reason was for the useless worker we dealt with, I think her name was Brie. Not sure why she picked a job in hospitality when she has absolutely none, probably the only place that would hire her because she’s such an unpleasant human being. Beyond that my bike was stolen in the parking lot and I parked right under the security camera. I addressed this with Bree in the morning and she stated that they would definitely have footage of it, but they refused to give the footage to the police. I called her to ask her why they refused and she said she would not bother with her time and that it didn’t affect her at all so she would not waste her time on it to help me. She said the footage is deleted within a week so they couldn’t do anything about it. She laughed on the phone when I expressed my frustration. Don’t stay here if you value your belongings or at least make sure Brie is not working when you get there.

Horrible gym missing the second pair of weights of which they already have only a few so you can't complete a proper workout. Their breakfast doesn't include eggs, go to the diner down the street instead. Only redeeming qualities were the airport pickup and the rooms were decent. The place looks old and pretty run down otherwise.

Rooms modern, very clean, super comfortable bed & pillows. Shuttle bus from DEN runs ALL NIGHT, picks up half past each hour; take tram to baggage claim, follow signs to "WEST" and Hotel Buses; go to door 510 or 512, go to Island 3. Pray there's room, I got lucky at 12:28 AM, I got the 12:30 AM shuttle. If I wasn't a single passenger, they wouldn't have had room. Be advised, you may have to Uber if shuttle is full. Once I called Microtel, and they said that the shuttle doesn't run after midnight; the next time I called to confirm, they said it ran all night. So, be advised some staff don't know what's going on, it seems, or they're, umm (I don't know). Breakfast is make your own waffles, and all carbohydrates. Nice diner a block away 24/7. Coffee tastes like battery acid 😏. Ladies at front desk efficient and pleasant. Make a reservation for airport shuttle return trip when you check in.

BED BUGS. AWFUL. I complained to the very rude woman at front desk about a dirty bed and she said there's nothing she can do and would not refund us. She ended up giving us another room on the same floor which also had bed bugs. This was room 315 and 304. AVOID

Clean and quiet, good location after flying in very late at night. Free breakfast for all but strictly waffles, breads and muffins. Not a hot meal!
