Came here with a group of 7 on a weekday for dinner and was easily greeted with seating. This lowkey restaurant inside the hotel offers top level service and food at a reasonable rate price. I got the fish tacos from the bar menu which were fresh and tasty. Bryan was an excellent server that moved with poise and grace! Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone.

Yeny is one of the sweetest person I have met. She’s so cute and lovely Service and she got my breakfast with a smile and I loved it the way she served in the way she greeted us and the food was amazing. Do I highly recommend this place and I highly recommend meeting yeny and the coffee was so good.

We cannot say enough about our fantastic waiter, Jewell. He made us feel welcome, valued, and completely taken care of during our lunch. His kindness, attention, and genuine enthusiasm made our lunch feel very special. It’s people like him who turned a good meal into a memorable experience!

I ordered room service - the salmon, a salad, and the cheesecake dessert. Unfortunately, the strawberries with my cheesecake were moldy. I don’t know if the dessert is several days old or if they prepared it with moldy strawberries, but either way, I will not be dining here again

As part of our free breakfast with Hotel Indigo, we dined at Mosaico every morning. Our servers, Carolina and Yeny, were always so cheerful, attentive, and always made us feel welcome each and every morning. The portion size of food is generous, consistent and tastes great. The only gripe we had is the limited menu for breakfast compared to the last time we stayed, but this was not a deal breaker and certainly didn't mark the restaurant down as we still found things to eat.
