The worst experience I had during my visit to Maryland!! I had a terrible experience at Motel 6. The room was dirty from the moment we arrived, and it looked like the bed sheets had never been changed. I had to buy a bed set !!! During our stay, nobody came to clean the room, change the trash bags, or provide basic supplies like soap. We bought Lysol, Clorox and many other cleaning products. I tried to find a hotel for the rest of the weekend but it was all full. This is not about paying for a cheap motel — every guest still deserves a clean and healthy environment. Cleanliness and basic hygiene should be the minimum standard anywhere people stay. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this place. Not to mention they gave us a SMOKING ROOM!!! And we don’t smoke nothing!!!

no refrigerator no microwave slow wifi. no laundry mat toilet shakes not bolted down. bed on ply wood frame and slides off. advervtises $71 and come to find out cheapest is $83/ night. But not having refrigerator and microwave and advertising WiFi that is slow and it at times doesn't work not worth the cost. the door has a 2 in gap/opening

At 1am a man knocked on our door looking for someone else. Rooms are very basic with no fridge, however it was $100 cheaper than the ones down the harbor on Valentine's Day - I guess you get what you pay for!

The convenient location, price, and heater were the only positive aspects. A cash deposit is required, and their ATM charges a $5 fee. Who demands cash in 2025? On the floor above me, there was a 11 hour domestic dispute. Cursing, slamming doors, yelling, possible physical assault, and just trash behavior until 4 AM when the cops arrived. I had to clean fecal and urine stains off the lower portion of the toilet. Thank goodness I travel with ample Lysol wipes and it came off easily, but as a paying guest, this isn’t my responsibility… Also, I noticed a few stains on the sheets too, but they smelled clean. There’s no closet either, just a few metal hangers attached to wall with hooks. Luckily, no bugs or rodents and you can easily watch your car from any window. The heater was amazing! You’ll need it, the door allows a cold draft to enter. TV was a nice size, and the bathroom had great countertop space. I wouldn’t stay for more than one night. Use this for short stays or maybe a layover. Nothing else.

This is the worst Motel 6 I have ever stayed at. They only accepted cash for the $50 deposit, which is unbelievable. I had no cash, so I had to use the ATM at the hotel. It charged me a $5 fee. It feels like this hotel is using a dirty way to take extra money from guests. There were bed bugs in the room. I was bitten. It was terrible.
