The guy at the front desk wasn't rude but he seemed irritated that I interrupted him by checking in. Also, you're not allowed visitors unless you pay $10 per visitor even if they're there for only 5 minutes.

The young woman at the front desk is rude. There is no manager on site. They messed up our reservations and are not willing to try to help us. And now to make things better, the electricity went off in the whole hotel.This is our last La Quinta and we have stayed at many and had great experiences.
