Location is great- 10 min to Downtown Providence/ Airport. Desk Manager got me in quick & directed me on where to park & find my room. A/C worked well, queen size bed with clean bedding. Free Showtime & WiFi in room. People mentioned a bad odor, but I didnt notice that at all. Some of the main doors dont lock, but the room doors do. I was very pleased with the amenities for the price.

Room is clean, service has been great. Needed to extend multiple times due to housing issue and they were very accommodating. Cat was comfy. No complaints.

This place is one of the most disgusting hotels I've ever stayed at. The towels smelled like mildew, I doubt they were even changed. Same with the bedding, reeked of stale pee. There were stains all over the walls and floor, the room was basically falling apart. My room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. There was also a giant crack down my window that was taped up. The owner should be embarrassed of the condition of this place. Might be the cheapest place in the area but not even worth the price in the slightest. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The motel had a convenient location and the room was clean and basic, perfect for a quick stay. However, the noise from the nearby highway was a bit disruptive at night, making it hard to sleep. Overall, it’s a decent option if you’re not expecting luxury.

To start these is my second time coming over because it’s actually the last minute thing because everything in Providence it’s was expensive and the places looking bad. Well my first time we choose the smoking one because like I said before was something the last minute. The smoking area smell like roaches 🪳 and mice pee plus was hair of dog 🐕 holes in the walls like crazy I didn’t sleep. These time we pick the non-smoke because the lady told us that area was much better was that’s was a lied it was HORRIBLE like horrible. The bed wasn’t clean instead of changing there were no more bed sheets and give us a blanket with whole like someone smoke and burn then the floor was very sticky and the hold smell like dog pee with cigarette and I don’t what else but it was bad they should either close the place and fixed it or start doing something better because charging $150 just for couple of hr to rest and u can’t rest that’s insane. They should give back half of the the charge just because they lied about the better service and clean area.
