I phoned Mr Rooter with a plumbing issue and was lucky enough to have Richard (Ricky) Relf come to my home! He evaluated the situation & was extremely polite and knowledgeble diagnosing the problem. He and his apprentice, Marek, worked diligently through all the issues and did an amazing job from start to finish! Richard is a great asset to the team at Mr Rooter! I give him a five star rating and more if I could. I’m already passing his name out to neighborhood and friends and family and he will be the one I call if ever another issue! He is the best of the best, gives a very dignified presentation and is highy skilled leaving nothing to question.
