Absolutely no complaints. We were visiting from out of town and had a team event. The vibes were great, Lucas and the other servers were great. If you asked a question, they answered with no problem. The food was awesome. The restrooms were clean. I got the brisket tacos.

We visited from a little over two hours away as a belated Mother's Day celebration with my parents. Right off the bat, the place was STUNNING. The decorations are beautiful, and honestly, the natural lighting from the massive windows makes the place look absolutely picturesque. The food was delicious. My mom is kind of picky when it comes to food, but she enjoyed her food and the little bites she got from everyone else's plate. Our service was really where this place lost points. Our server did not refill our drinks, we ordered things and they never came, he forgot to grab us a lot of stuff we asked for. I know he had a other table sat at the same time as us, but even then, he didn't come see them either. He also really didn't explain anything to us when we had questions. He just kept repeating the same phrases over and over. His personality was lovely. He seemed fun, we just didn't see him much at all. At the end of it all, I spoke to a manager, and she seemed kind of unserious about the situation, but honestly, all is good and the situation was fixed. I just wish our first experience was a little bit better, especially because my mom is very ill and rarely is able to go out.

First time here. Presentation looks good. The beans were not good. The rice was hard still like uncooked no flavor. The beans no flavor, hard and some of it was cold, meaning not even warm. The tacos I will say were extremely good. I ordered some guacamole and chips. The guacamole was OK needed a little salt. I did, then go to Mayo day, so maybe the food is better since the menu was very limited. When I’m in Town again I’ll definitely try it and see how it is. Might get a better feeling.

Ordered a SHRIMP quesadilla to go. Got all the way home and there was nothing but vegetables in my quesadilla. No shrimp AT ALL! I called back multiple times to speak with a Manager and rudely was hung up on multiple times. I will be initiating a chargeback and putting a poor review on the better business bureau. I drove far for my food very disappointing and horrible service overall. Price isn’t worth it. The Manager Kelly was very rude, snobby. And nasty when I finally was able to get her on the phone. She advised she wouldn’t refund my order although it was wrong if I did a bad review. She gave me a very hard time over the phone and was not customer service friendly. She needs to not be a manager with the poor behavior.

The portion size was just right for a meal, and the price was reasonable. I ordered the Tampiqueña, and the grilled carne asada was generous and very enjoyable. Parking was free for two hours with a meal, which was great. The only downside was that the surrounding neighborhood did not feel very safe. When I left after eating, there was someone begging right at the restaurant entrance, which made me a bit uncomfortable.
