I did a walk in and was told the wait was 15/20 minutes. Ok cool so about 30 minutes later I was told to sit in a nail chair. I’m thinking I’m about to get my nails done and I sat there for about 20 minutes. Then was told to move to another chair and waited another 20 minutes. I finally then just walked out! I don’t be understanding how these places have great reviews and I so happen to get service like this!!! A definite NO for me! I just waisted my time and money cause I caught a Lyft here!

To start off on a good note, my aunt got her nails done and it was perfect so it’s not everyone, I guess just the people I got. But I had an appointment for 2pm and didn’t get seated & started until 2:30pm. Took 2 hours for nails that aren’t too hard to do. Had a lady remove the brown french tip and get another lady to do it because she couldn’t. My nails are really sore especially when being touched. And even after all that the nails look a bit beginner.

I was visiting Tennessee for just a day and I needed to get my nails done because I had went recently to get my nails done where I live in the state of Georgia and my nails started chipping two days after so while in Tennessee, I decided to stop by nor nails and when I tell you, the lady at the front desk was so nice and kind she did my nails excellent she was patient. She offered me something to drink. The environment was nice. I mean I really wish I can go to them every month but unfortunately, I live in Georgia and not Tennessee, but I will recommend anybody who’s visiting Tennessee or who’s visiting Nashville where are you going? Please go to this nail salon. This was like one of the best nail salons I ever been to in my life and I’m serious no joke, but I just wanna say I really appreciate my nails being done and the kindness and the friendliness that this place had so thank you
