I heard about this place from the Nashville Scene! My friend and I were directed to a seat immediately and both ordered the signature item: Langhzhou Beef Noodle Soup with thin round noodles and no spice (table is provided with soy sauce, black vinegar and chili oil). Food came quickly and portions were generous. So generous in fact, that the next time I go I am definitely taking half of the soup noodles to go! Broth is deep and rich, well seasoned with ample noodles and beef. So tasty!! The place is overall very casual and tidy, with two colorful murals on each side of the walls. perfect spot for no-frills comfort food. Plan to return again and get the Braised beef noodle soup. Rest of menu had a lot of popular stirfry dishes like broccoli and beef and general TSO's chicken. We get our receipts for the bill at the end, then pay at the front. ample parking in shopping center. Highly recommend if you were looking for an authentic Chinese, beef noodle soup dish!

Unfortunately after going here for 5 years I have to stop. The food is so inconsistent. I end up wasting 15 dollars on microwaved rice and oily chicken. It’s just not appetizing. I think the workers are very nice so hopefully they can take this constructively. Stop microwaving my food. And maybe try your own recipes. Surely you can’t be eating the dishes you make and think it’s acceptable to serve to people for that price.

This place is a gem! I was born in Nashville but my parents are both Chinese, and I will say this is the best most authentic noodles that I’ve gotten in the US (and I live in Boston now so that’s saying something!) each time I come home I get the red braised beef noodles here and it’s fantastic! The noodles are actually hand pulled, the broth is super flavorful. Great portions too! This place is a must go!

I had the set A Lanzhou Beef noodle. The cucumber side dish was generously portioned and the tea egg was nice. It was my first time having beef noodle soup in this style and I very much enjoyed it. The noodle portion in the soup was generous.
