5 stars at every angle! The food, atmosphere, and service are top-notch! I loved the wasabi martini, Singapore noodles, crab rolls, and edamame. I decided to take my leftovers back to Boston.

We come here all the time as it’s our most favorite spot in Miami! We celebrate Birthdays & Anniversaries, the food is always awesome, but tonight in particular we had the pleasure of having Lane as our server! He was friendly, professional & really attentive! We’re excited to return & hopefully we’ll get to have Lane again!

We chose Novikov Miami to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The highlight for me was definitely the wagyu slider—hands down the best slider we’ve ever had. I’m usually not a big fan of burgers or sliders, but this one completely changed my mind. It was rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The wagyu tataki was also excellent, tender and well-balanced in flavor. The sashimi and seafood were incredibly fresh, which is always a must for us, and Novikov did not disappoint. The dim sum selection was outstanding—each dish was crafted with care and packed with flavor. And the desserts? Easily some of the best we’ve had compared to other premium buffets—beautifully presented and delicious. What truly elevated the experience was the service. It was attentive, warm, and made us feel genuinely special throughout the brunch. As a lovely birthday surprise, my wife received a hat as a gift and got to choose her favorite—she picked the red one, which made the brunch even more memorable.

Highly recommended lunch menu, available Monday to Friday. Great value for money with fresh, well-prepared dishes and generous portions. Perfect for a business lunch or a relaxed break during the workday. The service is efficient and friendly, so you can enjoy a quality meal even if you’re short on time. Definitely one of the best weekday lunch options in the area.

Novikov is a truly classy, high-end dining experience. It’s definitely on the expensive side, but the quality more than justifies it. The sushi selection is outstanding, with an impressive variety and excellent execution, along with plenty of other beautifully prepared dishes. Everything tastes refined and intentional. If you’re looking for one of the best non-omakase sushi spots in Miami, this is easily at the top of the list. An exceptional restaurant for a special night out.
