You can only get through to their phone number once. They expect you to wash your own towels if you run out. No one came to empty the trash during my four-day stay. You have to go to the check-in area to ask for laundry detergent if needed. Their hairdryer was broken, and there wasn't one available anyway. The mattress in the living area lacked a cover and a pillowcase. You’ll wait an eternity for them to bring these items—even after requesting them at check-in, no one actually delivers them. The sofa was torn, the Wi-Fi was down all day, and the TV wasn't a smart TV.On the third floor, I could hear noise and smell the pool chemicals whenever I opened the door to look at the sea view. Although I had originally booked a room on the eighth floor, the lock on Room 804 was broken, so I had to switch rooms.

Supposed to be a Jacuzzi tub tub Jetson at work. Cool outdoor hot tubs. One didn't work at all. The other had one jet working. Didn't have a shower curtain. Doesn't have a phone to call the front desk. If you call the front desk with your phone most of the time they don't pick up. They didn't have anybody he'd already left for the day. Water stuff wasn't working correctly. The carpets didn't look clean, looks like they weren't cleaning for quite a while. Furniture slightly warm, a little more than you would expect to see. Have to sign a waiver. They are not responsible for your person, your belongings or anything else that gets hurt, injured, stolen ect. On there property . Didn't offer clean towels. You are responsible for your room the whole time you're there. Couldn't open any apps or log into any apps. The remote wasn't working correctly you were stuck with regular tv, it was on some kind of wifi. Which magicly happens to break down memorial Day weekend/ bike week ends at same time. Asked for help. I don't know what to do and the one person doing maintenance that Sunday all ready left. Said she would leave a note for manager. She could get us a curtain and fix or issues. Never heard from her. Wifi is out. So I call down on my phone. She tells me there working on it and she'll send someone to help with tv . Gets late, have to leave in morning ( no one came, wifi still out ) Call to tell her to forget about sending someone, she never answered any of my calls after that. Finally left note on door, went to bed. The event staff for helping for bike week where better than the staff. View was AWESOME. ICE maker in freezer did NOT work, but the refrigerator did. Nice and cold. There where ice makers on floors 15&4 the book said, however no ice bucket. Have to use something else.

I've stay at the Ocean One Resort in Jacksonville, FL, and found it to be well-maintained. However, my experience at the Myrtle Beach Ocean One Resort was quite disappointing. On a previous occasion, I booked a condominium through Airbnb at this same location, and it was clean and updated. This time, I made my reservation through Expedia, and the room appeared rather dated, with the rug particularly needing replacement. Despite this, the front desk attendant was very pleasant, and the Resort location itself is quite good. If you are considering a stay here, I would suggest booking through Airbnb.

Went on a solo trip for my bday. Check-in was seamless, (keep in mind its seperated from the Suites), sits directly across the street. Cameal was so patient and kind to me. Had reservations about traveling alone, felt safe & completely at ease here. Location is great, covenient & easy route to all my planned excursions & shopping. Stayed in the 2bdr Oceanfront type 10/14 (Corner Unit) on 14th flr. Had an amazing floor to ceiling 360 view. Rooms were clean, airy and spacious. Loved the white leather matching furniture. Met some really cool people at the resort too. I returned home so happy & refreshed, came back a month later. Had an even better time, declared this my annual bday destination.

The rooms are disgusting. We thought we got a good rate because we were there in the off season, but at $143/night, we way overpaid. The furniture is peeling, the mattresses are sagging, the kitchen was dirty. Half of the light bulbs don't work. The jaccuzi tub didn't work. The HVAC filter hadn't been replaced in years. We went to Wal-Mart and bought a new one to replace it. There were no baking sheets or spoons in the kitchen. The plates were dirty. This was a very nice place at one point in time.....long long ago. The maintenance is non-existent now. I would never stay here again. It's a shame because the location and amenities are nice if it was properly maintained. Now that I am reading the 5 star reviews more thoroughly, most of the photos are the same from different people. This place should be sued for paying for 5 star reviews with the same photos. This place is definitely not deserving of 5 stars.
