The hotel is nice ENOUGH. Location is great. Everything was clean. To me though, it was just Ok. I tend to stay in 5 star hotels though so that might be what has me not completely satisfied. There was no robe or slippers in the room, it was hard to get water and ice (I'm a big water drinker), ordering room service was unsuccessful (i ended up getting Uber eats), and my room didn't get serviced. They did come to do my room later that afternoon, but i had just had a medical procedure and just wanted to sleep at that point. Restaurant staff was superb and they made very good lattes. Valet can take a while so plan ahead for that. Omg it is soooo noisy. Maybe because the hospital is nearby but there is ALWAYS a siren going by or someone laying on the horn. The hvac in the room is also very loud. But hotel is pretty, bed was comfy, staff was very pleasant, but not sure i would stay again. Oh and the bathroom isn't my favorite BUT the shower was very hot and had good pressure. That's important.

This was by far one of the best hotels I’d ever stayed in. The room was immaculately clean, extremely spacious, and brightly lit. The overall aesthetics was 11/10 with its beautiful interior design and the background music on TV which was already playing when I got into the room. Better yet, the location was perfect with many restaurants, grocery stores, and even the metro within walking distance. What’s more, the staff were super friendly and helpful. One of them even provided me with a whole list of shops, dining spots, and even post offices nearby so I could easily find whatever I was looking for. Hopefully one day they’ll have on-site convenience store/hotel shop and complimentary breakfast for even better experience but that’s just me being picky. All in all, highly recommend this hotel if you’re in the area! I can’t wait to stay here again on a sunny day.

Everything about our stay was lovely. Highly recommend for a getaway or longer term stay-it was very clean, quiet and peaceful. The staff was kind and genuinely welcoming across the board throughout our stay, from the valet/doormen, front desk staff, manager, to the housekeeping staff. I expected it to be nice, but it really exceeded my expectations. The 1BR suite was SO comfortable and had a great balcony with seating. Loved the Nespresso and other hospitality details provided. We will definitely return here. The restaurant in the hotel was good, but the neighborhood is also full of excellent restaurants and cafes too, and it’s an easy walk to Georgetown.

We had a great 2 night stay here. The staff was great and very professional. Our room was very nice and we loved the balcony. 1 thing I think that would've made our stay just a tiny bit more comfortable would have been slippers with the robes. We personally don't like wearing our shoes around the hotel room so some slippers would've have been perfect. Also we weren't the biggest fans of their not being a door for the shower. Other than those 2 small things we thought everything was perfect. The location is great with a lot of good spots within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with chocolates and champagne, which was a lovely touch. The front desk staff was extremely welcoming and kind from the moment we checked in. Our room was very spacious and honestly felt more like a mini apartment than a standard hotel room. Overall, the hotel was beautiful and very comfortable. The location is excellent. It’s very walkable, which made getting around easy and enjoyable. One small downside was the noise. At times, you could hear people talking in the hallway or doors slamming, which was noticeable while in the room. Another thing to note is that certain amenities, like a microwave, come with an additional fee, and those extra charges can add up. We were really hoping to try the restaurant, but since we stayed over New Year’s Eve, it closed early and we didn’t get the chance to experience the food. That said, the staff was very accommodating throughout our stay, and my fiancé especially loved it. Valet parking is $66 per night plus tax. If you’re looking to save some money, nearby parking garages may be about $10 cheaper, and street parking is an option on weekends if you can find a spot. Overall, I truly don’t have anything major to complain about. We had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again.
