Got a chicken cutlet Caesar. $19 for brown lettuce, prepackaged croutons and a packet of Ken’s dressing. Cutlet was soggy but fine. People are nice but the price is way too high quality of the product.

$15 for 2 slices of cold pizza and a drink... watched guy pull slices out of oven with bare hands at the Comcast Center Concourse location... guess it was not hot enough to need anything else

Great food. My go to when I am in my Philadelphia office.

So disappointed... I haven't been to Pagano's in a while but today my sandwich was mediocre at best. They didn't have avocado so i asked for mayo on my sandwich... get back to my desk and there is no mayo. Also... what happened to their amazing ceasar dressing they used to have ?!? Now its just a packet of Kens dressing on the side. Ugh.

Got a hoagie from the location inside the Comcast Center and was really disappointed. I ordered a turkey hoagie but what I got felt like a poorly made Italian style hoagie. There was barely anything in it just two very thin slices of meat on a large, stale, hard seeded roll. It was overloaded with lettuce and tomato that didn’t seem fresh, like they had been sitting for a couple of days. For roughly $15, this was definitely not worth it. I also ordered a chocolate mousse, which was actually good probably the only highlight of the visit. Overall I spent a little under $30 very overpriced. Service wise, the experience wasn’t great either. While in line, a staff member misgendered me. It didn’t bother me personally, but it’s something that could be hurtful to others and should be taken more seriously. On top of that, both cashiers seemed annoyed and didn’t answer any of my questions. I only chose this spot because it had the shortest line, and now I understand why. Also worth noting: there’s a 4% fee for using a credit card. Overall, a disappointing experience and not somewhere I’d return to.

This is my favorite spot in the city for a coffee and a slice of pizza! The chicken cutlet is also the best I have ever had. They really pay attention to quality when choosing ingredients and that is super important to me.

Don’t go to the one at Comcast. For some reason they can’t figure out how to get pizza slices out in a timely fashion. Ridiculous wait.
