!!BRING YOUR OWN COOKWARE AND UTENSILS!! The service at the front desk was absolutely horrible when requesting cookware and stated “we don’t provide that” and rolled their eyes… as it says in their paper they will give you at check in “upon request we supply pots and pans” then proceeded to give us UNWASHED utensils. The hotel is great for the most part! The pools are clean although the hot tub/spa is closed down. The rooms aren’t bad but could use a cleaning and repairs.

For the past 2 days I have experienced nothing but chaos in my room. At first my room smelled like weed and inside on the 6 floor was disgusting. The only thing that looked to par was the microwave. Then General manager moved us to the 8th floor and we get up there experiencing plumbing issues and had to call maintenance this morning because water was overflowing from the toilet and backing up in the kitchen sink and bathroom room. They are renovating so all means necessary do not book here. And you have to park across the street.

This is my second time staying here, and I would highly recommend if you are looking for something last minute and very affordable. I had pleasure working with Shalonda again she is beyond accommodating both times I have stayed. Her customer service is the reason why have returned. She manages her staff up to her standard I would like to shine light on the front desk clerk, Munifa. She greeted me with a warm smile and a very attentive attitude. I will be back again !

PLEASEEEEE BOOK ELSEWHERE!! We arrived late Friday night, March 13th, the hotel was actively under renovation. I actually called the front desk before I walked up to the door because this place literally looks closed. The desk clerk then told me not only was the hotel under active renovation, there was NO RUNNING WATER! She said the hotel turns the water off for the renovations and would turn it back on in the morning. I was exhausted and it was late so I thought I'd just stick it out until morning. We got into the room and the toilet had human waste left in it and had clearly not been cleaned before we arrived. Remember, the water is off. It was absolutely disgusting and the entire room smelled terrible. I went downstairs to let the clerk know and she said she'd let the manager know the next morning because the construction crew aren't supposed to be relieving themselves in the rooms. At 8 a.m. on March 14 the fire alarm sounded for several minutes, waking all guests. When I called the front desk afterward, the manager informed me that everyone had to leave because the water would not be turned back on due to renovations and that we would be refunded. Outside of the renovations, the room had no running water and was completely unsanitary, the accommodations did not meet basic lodging standards. The hotel manager confirmed we would receive a refund and I'm still waiting on an update. P.S. It's super gross, but I took photos of the room as well. I have those available upon request.

Although the place is under construction, it is a very nice place its coming together very great me and my boyfriend went down to Myrtle Beach to cook and enjoy the beach the GM Shalonda was such an amazing person and very helpful. The best management I’ve came across in years. She was amazing. She really made the place a better stay. It was good but her being so helpful and very pleasant made us feel very comfortable staying there. She was awesome.
