I ordered takeout. I order d a pepperoni and pepper pizza with extra sauce and a side of ranch. When I say there was NO sauce, I am another exaggerating, there literally wasn't a speck of sauce, let alone extra. They sent garlic sauce on the side instead of ranch, and LITERALLY on the entire pizza, there were 3 THREE pieces of pepperoni. What a shame this place is, absolutely disgraceful.

Disastrous. Tried to order from their website, then called the store to finally order and was sent to a new number to pay. Finally hung up. Horrible experience. I only tried as long as I did because my kids wanted pizza and were hungry. I wasted so much time. Called the store again to make sure order was cancelled. About an hour later we will be eating pizza from a competitor. Shouldn’t have to try a website and 2 phone calls to eat pizza. Never again. We had already moved to a competitor, only tried because we wanted delivery. Never again papa John’s.

This place has gone downhill since last year. Whoever owns this franchise should be ashamed of letting it down so bad. Looks like all the other recent reviews agree with me. Staff is extremely rude and food is always cold. Just a waste of money.
