Perfect location to enjoy different restaurants, two restaurants attached to the hotel. I loved the ice cream truck parked out front. Hotel is budget friendly but housekeeping was awful. We call for more towels for the next day, they came later on the next day. Only one wash cloth, soap was so tiny. We had to walk to CVS to get a few items. It was just a weekend getaway so we packed light. I had to ask for another wash cloth. The hotel itself was okay. The carpet could stand a good cleaning. Just make sure you carry your own body wash. The body wash smells terrible!!!!! Trust this review!!! Will go back to Baltimore but will book somewhere else.

I had a wonderful stay at Pier 5 Hotel Baltimore. The hotel has an amazing location right by the water with beautiful views of the harbor and easy access to many attractions in Baltimore. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was elegant and relaxing. The staff was professional, friendly, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. One of the best parts of staying at Pier 5 Hotel was having Ruth’s Chris Steak House located inside the hotel. The restaurant was absolutely outstanding, with incredible food, a beautiful atmosphere, and exceptional customer service. It made the stay even more convenient and enjoyable. I highly recommend Pier 5 Hotel to anyone visiting Baltimore. Between the excellent location, great hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and amazing dining experience, it was truly a memorable stay.

This hotel is in the perfect location to go sightseeing in Baltimore's Inner Harbor. It's a shame that that is the only good thing I have to say about it. The rooms are a bit outdated, but I felt like it gave cozy, homey vibes, so I let that one slide. The bathroom?? There's rust on each crevice, so don't expect to see anything clean and shiny. When it was time for me to check out, I decided to take a shower and wash off, only to be met with ice-cold water. I let it run for a few minutes, and I even tried the sink, and it was still ice-cold. I contacted the front desk, and he let me know that he would have a technician check it out, and that was all. When we went down to checkout, my husband asked if there would be any compensation seeing as we were inconvenienced and the problem still wasn't fixed. He told us that the manager wasn't in and he would be the only one to get us that refund, and we said okay and went on our way, and that is what led to my review because I have yet to speak with a manager or anyone of superiority in that building. The front desk representatives keep sending us on a wild goose chase trying to get to management, which is very frustrating, so I say all this to say don't book here; save your money and go stay somewhere nicer, with more respectful staff.

The front door was broken. Check-in was terrible - the woman just provided the worst customer service. Our room's balcony was small with a large puddle. One step on to a rubber roof cover-thing which was the floor? and the water rushed and soaked my only pair of shoes in 34 degree weather, when I came to walk exploring the city. The balcony said 'keep door locked' - the lock was broken and didn't work. Anyone could have easily entered our room. Side table falling off wall, as well as the wall receptacle when i tried to charge my phone!! Electrical/child hazzard for sure. They put, or tried to put, queen size sheets on a king size bed! Stained up carpet. Ppl loud as crap, screaming about something in the hallway for 1/2hr at 1am. My husband leaned against the wooden railing thing to view the lobby and the thing moved! Uh, k. .. but after all this total yuck.. the room was cleaned well by house keeping.. & great location..

Tico went above and beyond to make sure that we had an excellent stay. The breakfast turned out to be surprisingly good. Once again we received immaculate service with pleasant smiles and tasty food. This is our 2nd time staying here. The only thing that needs to be addressesd is that the hot water could be hotter and some microwaves inside of the rooms would make the stay more convenient and comfortable. We'll definitely be back again. Especially since the hotel is located right by the Harbor and alot of stores and restaurants are within walking distance.
