Expensive but worth it. Delicious ingredients make delicious food! They know what they’re doing here at Pizzeria Bianco. The dining area is rather small, so there’s always a wait. Go put your name in and head next door and grab a drink to kill the time. We got 4 pizzas and another to-go. They were phenomenal!

I’ve wanted to visit this spot ever since seeing it on Netflix! There was a 90-minute wait, but they have a dedicated 'tiny house' nearby to keep you comfortable while you wait. The pizza was delicious even though the crust was a bit charred, the quality of the cheese made every minute worth it. The cake was just okay, but the cozy, old-school ambiance made for a great experience overall!

The staff… AWESOME. The food INCREDIBLE. I’ve tried some of the best pizzas in the world and the most hyped up ones and THIS is the freshest and best tasting one I’ve had. Also don’t sleep on the caprese mozzarella salad the ingredients taste like they were just gotten from the farm. It was so good I actually came back the next night for another try! My favorite was the Sonny Boy and close second was the Wise guy

We were in town for spring training and I was looking for wood fired pizza for my birthday. I found Pizzeria Bianco (and cats) on Instagram and had to try it. We started at the bar next door while waiting for our table. As we sat in the courtyard the cats came around but were too busy to socialize. The bartender was helpful with figuring out drinks. We waited less than 30 minutes for our table although the host quoted 40 minutes. Being our first time the server helped us select a salad and pizza and his recommendation was spot on. The margherita style pizza was delicious with a nice crisp to the crust. The caprese-like salad had really flavorful tomatoes and homemade mozzarella cheese. If you like bread theirs is excellent and comes with delicious olive oil. Very good food for a reasonable price

Pizzeria Bianco is always a solid choice and easily one of my favorite spots for pizza in Phoenix. Honestly, you can order almost anything on the menu and it will deliver. It is the kind of place where the kitchen clearly knows better than you, so unless you have a very specific and well tested preference, I would not mess with customizations. Their add ons are tempting, but I genuinely recommend sticking to the originals because that is where they really shine. There is valet parking right at the entrance for ten dollars, which is actually a great deal for the area. Try to arrive early though, since it is very common to wait about an hour for a table. Trust me, it is one of those rare lines that people stand in willingly and without regret.
