I moved into the area around 4 years ago and I have visited almost every nail salon in the Kingwood/Porter area. I have never found a salon that I was 100% happy with. Either the environment wasn't great, the nail quality wasn't good, or the techniques we're painful and rushed. Plush is far and away the best nail salon in the area. Not only is it clean and comfortable, but the nail techs are phenomenal at what they do. My nails LAST - no lifting, no breaking, no pain. And they look great every time. I like to get a full set of powder nails and they are never too thick or too long. And the nail techs take their time and don't use techniques that cause pain or poor quality. They don't file down my natural nails too far, they don't overtrim my cuticles, and they are constantly checking with me throughout the process to make sure I'm happy with the final product. I have genuinely loved every single experience I've had here and I am so happy to have found my salon. I don't plan on going anywhere else ever again!

I’ve been here 3 times now, each time was amazing from the customer service to the service itself. They do not drill your shellac off, they soak it off which is a big reason why I chose to return. They have a full beverage menu complementary, and somebody is always coming by to check on you… I went for pedicures with my best friend on my birthday and it was absolutely amazing. They even sang happy birthday and gave me candy lol. They offer way more services than the standard nail salon, and they genuinely care about the health of your nails and feet not just making money! Also no illegal cheese graters on the feet! I will continue to return and would still drive here if I move. I could go on and on I honestly can’t say enough great things. And sil is my favorite!!

I was in bad need of a new set. My previous nail shop did a good job but when I say Plush Nail Bar did a good job is an understatement! They went above and beyond by taking care of my needs, making me feel comfortable and giving me a set that made my hands feel better & look better. Now I have a more functional day-to-day set. They were very attentive, gave me something to drink and food. Lastly before leaving - even gave me a little massage! I felt bougie and pampered and they didn't even have to. I will be back and I will be recommending them to everyone!

My first experience here was great the service was great their attitudes were kind and pleasant. So, l returned and brought my daughter. She showed them a picture of her inspo the lady said they couldn't do it at first, then immediately said well one nail tech could and it would be 15 minutes to wait for her. When the tech came to us she said because the design was a 3D flower , mind you my daughter only wanted two flowers, nothing crazy, that it was going to be $25 more and $25 for a french tip which is crazy on top of a full set charge of $58 for 2 flowers. So, I just requested regular paint and just a regular flower design on 2 of her nails instead of 3D flowers which she said would only be $6 for each flower with regular polish and french tip. After our service, I get to the register and they still charged me an extra $24. I asked about it and they said it was $24. So I left it alone. On top of my spending over $280 for our services. I just said well there was their tip. I just don't like to be scammed that was not a great experience after being told one thing and they find a way to add charges to try and make money. When I was going to tip them just like my last visit but not this time. I don't know if we will be returning. This was not a great experience. And they didn't even give me the correct receipt showing the break down of my services for me to post it. Thats how I knew they knew what was going on. They didn’t even send me the link to take the survey after paying either which was sketchy because they did the first time. It just upsets me that at these nail salons they always find a way to pull one over. These days you can’t find great quality service thats genuine. Everyone is all about a dollar.

I had a phenomenal experience! I’ve never been to a nail salon this nice. They offered me a huge variety of drinks and a free egg roll. The pedicure was just the basic one and she did so many different things and massaged me a ton. I also got a heated and weighted shoulder thing that was relaxing. The prices are decent as well. I really felt like I got my moneys worth. We also came an hour before close and we figured they’d rush and complain but no, they did everything in a timely manner not rushing at all. They also let my mom sit beside me in the pedicure chair which I’ve never seen before. We’re definitely going to come back and bring it other family members!
