We don't eat out very often, but decided to celebrate our anniversary here. We order from a 3 course preset menu to keep costs down. Of course the view is amazing! The food was also excellent. We both had small creme burlees and they were outstanding! The service may have been affected by the fact that our waiter was in training. It felt like it was his first day on the job AND he'd never waited tables before. The restaurant validated our parking ticket, but we were still charged $8 for parking when we left. Overall, we are glad we splurged. We will come back because it was just a nice overall evening.

Not worth it. We came for Mother's Day. They only offered the $80/person course meal. All food was mediocre. The steak was dry and unflavorful. The pasta was not any better than what I can make at home with premade sauce. The halibut wasn't good. The sea bass was actually decent. Dessert was also below average. We were charged for parking even after parking validation because the food service was slow. My mom's food came out wrong so they had to redo the food. The dessert took forever. We paid $600 for 6 people and $24 for parking. I called the assistant for the parking issue but he just hung up. Overall, very disappointing food and service experience. Not worth it.

I'm often leery of "institutions" because they rarely live up to the hype. But PCG had the gorgeous views AND backed it up with a good restaurant. We spent the evening in the lounge on the river-view side and really enjoyed it. But the restaurant seems to have nearly 360-degree views. It's a fairly traditional steak & seafood menu, but everything has just a slight twist to make it really interesting and unique.

Came for dinner and ended up staying for the view. The city lights alone are worth showing up for. Absolutely stunning. If you can time it right and watch the skyline shift from daylight to evening glow, do it. It feels cinematic. The seafood was fresh, flavorful, and plated beautifully. Everything tasted clean and well balanced. The drinks were strong enough to make you smile but smooth enough to sip slowly while staring out at the skyline like you’re the main character. Our waiter was incredibly informative and almost overly nice in the best way possible. He knew the menu inside and out and made thoughtful suggestions without hovering. The attentiveness felt intentional and welcoming, which elevated the entire evening. Pro tip: park at the U.S. Bancorp Tower Garage across the street. It’s less than a one minute walk and makes the whole experience seamless.

We came here for Christmas and everyone had a good time. The staff is polite and friendly. Hank served our table today. I was pretty impressed with him He gave me a grasshopper and I thought it was kind of watery and he asked me why I wasn't drinking it and I told him why and he fixed it free of charge. He was very attentive very kind. Everyone likes their cheesecake. Everyone like the clean ballet. And my son enjoyed his chocolate flourless tortellini. We all enjoyed our clam chowder. My husband and I enjoyed our lamb. My youngest son flight is lobster quite a bit. My daughter says that she likes the salmon but she wouldn't order it again. My second eldest got the ribs he said he didn't care for them much. But we did have a great time and we got excellent service. We also had a wonderful view of the river.
