Avoid Privacy Houston. The rebrand clearly hasn’t fixed anything. We waited in an extremely long line while security was rude and completely unorganized. They weren’t communicating with anyone and even tried to cut half of our group off from entering. The worst part is that we had a confirmed reservation for a section, and when we finally got inside we were told our section had been SOLD to someone else. They overbooked and gave away what we already paid for. No apology, no attempt to properly accommodate us, and we were never refunded. The club itself was also ridiculously overcrowded. There was barely any room to move unless you had a section, which makes it even more frustrating considering they sold ours to someone else. On top of that, the bathrooms were dirty and didn’t even have soap, which says a lot about the overall management of the place. This place is extremely disorganized and clearly overbooks reservations. I’m leaving this review because management has still not refunded us for a section we paid for but never received. If this isn’t resolved, we’ll be disputing the charge and continuing to share our experience so others don’t get scammed the same way.

Brunch while in Houston! Love the decor and layout of this place. Spacious and great vibes. Service was a little slow but it was busy. The food made up for it for sure. Ordered the lobster Mac and cheese, lemon pepper wings and fries and a side of collard greens. The food was well seasoned and great portions. Can’t remember the name of my drink but it was great. Also had hookah which was definitely good also. Overall great spot and will definitely visit again next time I’m in H town.

The girls and I went on a Thursday for their happy hour- we each started with 1 drink and before we were halfway done we could feel it. They did not skip on the liquor! There were not a lot of people before 9pm so you could sit wherever. The food was good and hot. They have parking outside- street (pay the meter) or valet. The music was a good mix and fit the vibe of the lounge. I want to come back and try their other weekly specials!

Tried out this new spot called Ratio Houston. I recommend having a reservation. You will need cash for parking. Our server Justice was great. She is very knowledgeable and sweet. The vibe of the restaurant gives off date vibes. The menu is on a QR code. The alcoholic drinks are all classic drinks with a twist. They do only carry Fiji bottled water that you have to pay for. A hookah lounge but the ventilation is good so it’s not overwhelming. We ordered the spinach dip and we gave it a 9/10. The salmon sliders and the Buffalo egg rolls. All nice portion sizes.

My husband and I absolutely loved it! Our first visit will not be our last. The place was inviting. The vibe was great and the service, drinks and food were excellent. We especially loved the way the food was prepared and presented! Kuddos to the management and chef. We also loved our waitress was very attentive. Well done Ratio
