I took my wife and daughter to dinner this for Mother's Day. Per your social media platforms and reviews I was expecting a upscale dining experience but I received the total opposite. The atmosphere was not suitable for my daughter (seated at 5:45 pm). Explicit music blasting from the bar side really had me concern because my daughter is 9. I had to tell my daughter to put her head phones and turn on her IPad. I mentioned the issue to my waitress Brooke and she said she would bring my concern to the dj's attention. The total atmosphere and vibe was not upscale at all. There needs to be some type of standard for attire to be seated in dining area for dinner hours. Overall my waitress Brooke and your staff were pleasant and our food was pretty good. My oxtail portion was questionable, I only received one oxtail and three small portions of an oxtail. The dining experience did not meet my family's expectations.

Never judge a book by its cover. Unassuming from the outside. Inside, pure class top notch service and delicious food. Ambiance, dining room was beautiful. Oh and the bathroom was clean clean which is a A+ in my book. I had the lamb chops, mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. I recommend.

I stumbled upon Proper Cuisine whilst looking for another restaurant. From the start, Ms. Tammi was beyond welcoming, polite, and accommodating ( I didn’t have a reservation ). The food was flavorful and the ambiance inside the restaurant was classy and relaxing. I had the old bay dry rub wings, lamb chops with a side of greens and Mac n cheese. The portion sizes were perfect too!

We came pretty late on a Friday night (game night too) and the kitchen had run out of many regular menu items. Not to worry though, because the salmon and crab cake that were available were absolutely delicious. We ordered two cocktails as well, a French 75 and and Old Fashioned, both were well made with a strong pour. I'm very happy we came.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent takeout experience. I paid $82 for just this one plate that included a small portion of mac and cheese, a few pieces of broccolini, a crab cake that really looked more like a biscuit, and three small very overcooked lamb chops. For that price point, I expected quality, proper portions, and presentation — none of which matched the cost. Additionally, I ordered crab stuffed lobster and instead received a dry, flavorless lobster tail split in half with a crab cake, that I almost must add was the absolute worst quality crab meat, and about one spoonful of rice. That is not what was ordered, and there was no communication about any substitutions. To make matters worse, a 20% gratuity was automatically added to a pickup order, bringing my total to nearly $200. Automatic gratuity for takeout — especially when the order is incorrect and the portions do not justify the pricing — feels unreasonable. For a restaurant charging premium prices, the execution and accuracy should reflect that. Unfortunately, this experience did not and I drove over an hour for this. *****Also, I appreciate your response below and did try reaching out to the number you mentioned but after two days and multiple attempts of reaching out, I still have not received a response.*****
