I stayed there for two weeks with my wife and son. The place was clean and quiet .pool ,handicap access, pet friendly, complementary breakfast and access to everything right on the main strip Great spot great location. and most importantly, the building felt safe and secure

Two yellow stains on the comforter, the mattress was literally like sleeping on springs, awful. Don't even consider this place having free breakfast. It's awful! The Only thing that is decent is the pool!

Adequate for the price. Staff was friendly, room was pretty clean, area was quiet, AC worked well. Shower head has seen better days and could stand to be replaced, but otherwise no complaints.

Everything at this hotel was great. Quick check in, room was clean, breakfast was great, stayed 2 nights for my daughter to perform in a choir concert.

It's not just the awful beds and non existent breakfast, but the hostility of the workers. The night staff man with the beard and glasses was hostile and disrespectful to me when I asked him to extend my reservation. He couldn’t understand that I wanted a new reservation even though we agreed on it and the price. Instead of booking it, he stood there and argued with me with a sassy attitude. Then he was being more sassy and rude after I asked to speak to a different person when he refused to understand my request and book it instead of standing there arguing with me. He was short tempered, hostile, angry, proud, sassy, combative, argumentative and had a nasty attitude. He talked badly about me as I walked away, and said he doesn’t care about his confusing, unnecessarily difficult service to me, and how long my commute was, and when I went back to confront him on it, he told me to get out. I told him he needed to refund me my money first and he threatened to not give it to me when his friend asked me questions and I answered it. He is unprofessional and said he didn’t care about me, a paying customer, and he also said he did not feel bad about his attitude and behavior. I’m a black woman as well. I suggest you stay away from this hostile, angry man and hotel. I emailed his manager and he never emailed me back. The property will probably reply to this review, but just know, it is for show. The manager ignored my email and let this man disrespect a customer, and will continue to. Choice Hotels never got back to me about the "investigation" into this man's behavior towards me. Do not come to this hostile, unprofessional hotel.
