The room made dirty sheets, Including a blood stain (athough only 2 small drops) and they weren't changed even after a request but that is not what I am most upset by. I bought my two girls matching pendant necklaces, and small glass turtle figurine and I left them next two the coffee maker in a small blue bag by accident when we checked out. I realized this when we sat down for breakfast less than 15 minutes after checking out, and all 3 of us remembered seeing / forgetting it on the table. I immediately called the front desk and informed them of the posessions left behind and let them know I would return after eating breakfast. When I return they asked the house keeper to come to the front desk, where she then proceeded to tell us she did not see our possession. The managers were very nice and let me double check the room but it had been cleaned, and they did change the sheets with the blood stains for the nest guest however the table that had the pendants on it was spotless and perfectly cleaned and they were no where to be seen.

Checked in later in the evening due to late flight for a family reunion. Was Brown University graduation so no rooms available at other hotels. This is not ADA compliant. No elevator available for our room. Had to drag luggage up stairs. Room was well scarred. No hair dryer. Limited lighting. Mold in shower. 2 queen beds. My bed had used sheets which I did not realize until I found the TV remote under the covers. It was 11:30 at night and my husband had already fallen asleep. Possible bed bugs. IT WAS A DISGUSTING PLACE TO STAY. Thin blanket only. This hotel should not be allowed to stay open. It is the worst place we have ever stayed at. We will leave our suitcases out in our garage until we can fumigate and wash our belongings

This hotel is like a dump truck without the truck. It's awful. The service was lacking from my arrival. I waited in the lobby for at least 12 minutes with no one at the front desk to let me into my room. When the attendant arrived and gave me my room key, it took me about five minutes to discover that there was no hairdryer in the bathroom. I immediately returned and was assigned a different room across the hall. The bed seemed clean, but the carpet is at least 10 years old; the writing table was wobbly; the room smelled musty; the ceiling in the closet area had large gaps between the sprinkler head and the ceiling pasteboard tiles. At about 9 o'clock I smelled cigarette smoke coming from the hallway. The furniture is old, peeling, and tacky. The next day I used the fitness center. There are a couple treadmills, an exercise bike, some free weights tossed in a corner, and a versatile weight machine that allows for pull downs, seated rows, shoulder press and a couple more exercises. But there were actual balled up tissues tossed behind some equipment and a lot of it seemed worn out, rusted and ugly. The water dispenser only gave me about a cup and a half before stopping. I did not drink the water. The lock on the back entrance door is broken. So anyone driving up to the hotel could just come through the back entrance and do whatever. It did not feel safe. The only thing I appreciated about my stay was that there is a gym and the shower water was warm. Overall I got the sense that the owners don't care enough to invest in making the hotel a truly comfortable space. The whole hotel is revolting. I wouldn't let a dog stay here. I regret giving them my money.

Well, to be honest, if there was a 1/2 star rating, that is what I would give it. We were there for our granddaughter's dance competition 2 miles away .Beds were clean enough. Furniture about 25+ year old, scratched and worn. No kind of breakfast whatsoever. I do want to give a shout out to Amy and Carlos at Benjamin's restaurant. Service was excellent as was the food. Rear entrance doors were broken and therefore open all night. Didn't make me feel very safe or secure. Some of the guests obviously had received vouchers and just were not very friendly looking. the parking lot was littered with trash The real kicker were the cockroaches in the bathroom. My recommendation would be to stay somewhere else. Pay the extra.

Our beds were kind of squeaky/springy. The fridge and freezer were completely turned off when we entered the room. The air conditioning did not work. At least the windows could be opened for fresh, cool air. The TV was not even plugged in. When I found the ac plug it didn't reach to the receptacle so we had to move the TV to reach. The carpeting in the hallways was very old and thin with no/worn padding. There is no elevator. The gal at check in was very nice. The lobby was very clean and attractive.
