I had to wait 8 hours for a room after being told that rooms were not available upon my arrival to the property first at 9:30 am (which I understand). I left and returned at 2:30 pm and was told to come back at 4:00. I came back at 4:00 and was told again rooms were not ready. I did not get into my room until 5:30pm after waiting all day. The reasoning was limited staff which is not my fault. I had been traveling since 5 am and was exhausted from traveling and attending a conference from 10 am to 2:00 pm. When I asked to speak with the manager I was told she was not on the property after I saw her drive and park directly in front of the property and enter the back room several times over the duration of my stay. The front desk staff continued to tell me that she was in on site and would not communicate to her that I wished to speak with her. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel and I will never stay at another Ramada property. The breakfast is boiled eggs and carbs only (e.g., pancakes, waffles, toast, and bagels). Where is the fruit, sausage, bacon, or oatmeal/yogurt? Parking is limited. Guests were illegally parked in fire lanes and in front of side walks due to the unavailability of parking. Please do not stay here.

The worst hotel ever, do not stay here. Any other hotel on International Drive would be a better choice for you to stay at.

The managers both Romel and Deborah were rude and disrespectful due to them lacking on staff to have your bedrooms ready spite it was after 4 which checking is at 4....they said the room isn't ready and instead of upgrading they down graded us being diamond members these rooms where booked in months of advance and due to there negligence or not having enough staff to clean and prep rooms they rather tell there customers to take it or leave it these 2 characters they call managers are nothing but rude and un professional there action are an embarrassment and shameful that the customer relations are in the negatives I am extremely unsatisfied with my stay and they way they handle my business
