Excellent hotel with a very convenient location close to the airport. The complimentary airport shuttle service was reliable, punctual, and made my travel experience completely stress-free. Check-in was quick, and the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. Despite being near the airport, the room was quiet, allowing for a peaceful night’s sleep. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and easy airport access. I would definitely stay here again.

FedExなどの荷物の受け取りには対応してくれません。チェックイン時に受け取るために、事前にFedExの荷物を発送していたのですが、勝手に返送されてしまいました。約350USDの送料が無駄になってしまいました。強い憤りを感じます。

Had to stay overnight. Flying out next day. Nice clean room. Was able to park my car. Came back. Car was the way I left it. Friendly staff. Nice quite & clen lobby & my room. I will tell /recommend Red Lion Inn & Suites. To my friends.

We had a 5am flight leaving from IAH so we decided to get a room for the night to be close by- Unfortunately on this day the hotel room and vicinity was not up to par- or to our expectations. My mother checked in around 6pm and checked out by 7:13 pm because she did not feel comfortable sleeping there. There was a panhandler in the parking lot and we would not have gotten a restful sleep. The issue that we are having is that the hotel is refusing a refund- the person on staff said that the next day the manager would process the refund. The next day came and they are refusing to refund the $$. We stayed at Staybridge and had a restful night.

Good place to sleep during a layover. Clean and spacious. The 24/7 shuttle serves multiple hotels but this is the first stop from the airport so it’s very convenient.

Checked out after only 15 minutes! I'd like to start by saying I am NOT one to leave negative reviews, but something needs to be said here. The photos and reviews for this hotel are VERY misleading (Red Lion Houston Hobby Airport Park/Fly Location). This hotel is really run down. It was late the evening we arrived in Houston and from the moment we walked through the hotel doors there was a strong odor of marijuana. Look - I'm a child of the 90's, so I overlooked this and just wanted to get a good night's sleep before my husband's and my early flight. Once we got the room key and headed down the hallway, we noticed the carpet was really faded and the general condition of the hotel was pretty run down. When we arrived in our room, the wood flooring had large nicks and missing pieces, the microwave was badly dented like it had been dropped, and the fridge was dirty and had a leftover drink inside. The bedding didn’t match the photos — the sheets were thin, worn, and had "unknown" stains. They reminded me of my teenage boys old faded (formerly white) tube socks. There were lots of other little things too; mismatched towels, toothpaste spatter on the mirror, hair on the floor etc. :-( We ended up checking out about 15 minutes after checking in because the condition was so poor. I did not want to cause a scene, so I told the night clerk - initially - that the beds were uncomfortable. He looked perplexed and pried with several more questions - so, I went on to share that I was disappointed in the condition of the hotel overall and that it wreaked of weed. He was even more perplexed, and I finally just told him we were leaving and that nothing in the room had been used or disturbed and I requested a refund. He was very polite but said he could not authorize a refund and said he'd tell the owner to call me the next day (she never did). I disputed the charge with my credit card company, but the hotel denied all of the issues and the charge was not reversed. I read the reviews on Google before choosing to stay here and feel that they may be fabricated. I would strongly caution others before booking here.

Todd was amazing, he answered the phone, took my name and number, had the shuttle call me to be sure I got on, and a phenomenal job responding to an incredible rush as flight after flight was cancelled late at night. The room was basic but spacious and clean. Even though there are rooms where you can smoke, I had a room with no smells on s floor with no smoking. It was a kind refuge in a storm!

The hotel is adequate for somewhere to stay however it lacks atmosphere. It’s not as clean and well presented as l expected. The room #108 had a smell about it and generally the place looks very tired. In the morning l could smell marijuana whether it was a guest l don’t know. The young man on reception on 13/3 was pleasant but didn't really engage in extra conversation or suggestions. The cleaner Tommy tried very hard to impress me with conversation and is clearly proud of the hotel. He invited me to return - sorry no. Tarun (the contact through (AirBnB) was extremely helpful when I was trying to organise a ride in the hotel shuttle bus but he could have told me about the shuttle when I booked. I spent 2 hours longer at the airport because I was trying to find where the shuttle bus left from. The airport is sectioned into A B C D E so rather confusing for a visitor. To be fair I had just experienced a 15.5 hour flight from Australia so wasn't up to any tourist sightseeing but I thought (from the air bnb website) that I was closer to the city. I am sorry I can't give a more positive review. I was pleased l did not stay a 2nd night.
