Property dirtiest room I’ve ever had. The TV is horrible. There are no cable channels. The Wi-Fi is unreliable. I highly recommend finding another place to stay for your accommodations because it is not here in Glen Burnie at the red roof Inn.

This place is absolutely disgusting! Housekeeping is non existent or should be fired! Everything was covered in dust and gross..Dead roaches in the bathtub..dirty sinks.. ripped furniture.. rust and stains everywhere. Leaking shower.. broken and nasty fridge ..heating unit was so loud i had to turn it off so the room was freezing cold..they allow dogs and they barked all night long. Loud people just roaming around outside the room..literallystanding at the window. Had to put a chair to the door for safety.. This hotel should be in a horror movie. The ONLY reason I stayed was because it was non refundable and everywhere else was booked for graduations. I can 100% say I will NEVER even consider this place again. I'd rather sleep outside tbh

I attended my uncle's 98TH! Surprise Birthday Party at the Red Roof Inn on Ritchie Highway. The party was successful...he was very surprised! The women's bathroom was a surprise also. I did not know that it was being renovated so there were no stall doors on any of the stalls (3) and one of the stalls was completely gutted out. But at least there were two commodes! Congratulations to my nonagenarian uncle!!!

On Saturday, February 7, 2026 my wife and I stayed at your hotel as we had a cruise booked to leave the next day. Our ship was late arriving on the 8th and we could not board the ship until 5 PM. We informed the staff and they allowed us to stay in our room past the normal check-out time with no charge. This amazed my wife and me as we live in a “it’s all about the dollar” world. The staff was amazing and made sure that our driver delivered us to the port on time. Almost all of the others on our cruise had to either pay for another “night” or go explore Baltimore and return 4 hours later. Also, the driver, Mr. George, was very professional, courteous and helpful! Thank you so much for a great experience.

Awful People who work there are professional and very friendly, except the shuttle diver tot the pier for our cruise The only reason for 2 stars. The room was ok as far as cleanliness. The furniture was very old and worn, the pillows were awful, no filling as all, all 3 of them for a king size bed. No coffee in lobby, although there was a machine. Told there was coffee in the room, there was a coffee maker but nothing else. Then there were the other people we saw staying there. Majority lived there, at lease 3 we saw with pit bull dogs. Never again for a Red Roof
