We really enjoyed staying here! Clean rooms, friendly staff and great location. Within walking distance of the mall and station park. Bfast was normal, make your own waffles never disappoint. Only downside was they only had valet parking which was $42 per night. Valet service was great but pricey overall. If it wasn’t for the price of parking we’d definitely stay again

A centrally-located residence-style hotel close to downtown Providence with decent free breakfast. Our king room included a kitchenette with a full-size fridge, a (pullout?) couch, and a small vanity outsize of the bathroom. The noise level from the hallway/other rooms was nonexistent, but we were as far away from the elevator as possible. I'm knocking off one star because there was nowhere to sit/relax outside while still on property, and their "parking" was the fire lane. We ended up using the valet for two nights to avoid thinking about where our car was and how long it could stay there, but third-party overnight parking garages will be cheaper. Front desk staff and valets were friendly and helpful.

Great location. Difficult for parking, they offer valet but you don’t need a car here. Located right next to the convention center, the Providence place mall, Omni and Amica Pavilion for sports shows. Good security. My name was not on the hotel room and when I left and tried to come back up, they wouldn’t let me up the elevators until the actual person on the account answered their phone to let me up. Lol. Which is exactly what I would want them to do even tho it inconvenienced me a tiny bit. Super walkable and clean Would recommend if you’re nearby for an event

From the time I walked in I was blown away by the beautiful lobby area. I was concerned because I arrived 2 hours early but it was not a problem, the front desk associate named Olive took care of me she started with a warm friendly welcome and then advocated for me by getting me into my room early. Thank you again! But the staff all the way through was amazing 👏 and the room was beautiful, I slept like a baby after a long flight it almost felt like I was home 🏡 the breakfast was good but the taters were a bit over cooked however its free lol. Only thing that takes a bit of getting use to is the elevator but its designed to keep the guest safe so oh well. But the place is clean team go check it out when you visit Providence 👍

We had tickets to a college basketball game at the Amica Pavilion so we spent the night at this Residence Inn. (It’s literally across the street). We arrived in the morning and were able to get a room earlier than the usual check in time… lucky for us. The woman at check in was so nice. She also knows the area well so she gave us some great ideas for places to eat lunch at stuff to check out in the area. Our room was nice. Plenty of room and it was quiet. It’s in a good location if you’re going to the Pavilion or the Convention Center. Both are right across the street. There’s also stuff to do that’s in walking distance. We parked in the parking garage that’s right across the street but the hotel offers valet parking. It’s close to the highway so it’s easy to get to Overall we had a very good experience staying there and will definitely stay there again if we’re in the area.
