Dining at Naides SF was nothing short of exceptional to celebrate my birthday. Having dined at numerous Michelin-starred restaurants over the years, I can honestly say that the experience at Naides SF exceeded my expectations in both service and cuisine. From the moment we arrived, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The service was warm, attentive, and seamless throughout the evening. A special thank you to Patrick and Celine, whose hospitality, passion, and personal attention elevated our experience even further. Their dedication to creating a memorable dining experience is evident in every detail. The food was outstanding—beautifully presented, thoughtfully crafted, and bursting with flavor. Every course showcased incredible technique, creativity, and respect for the ingredients. It is rare to find a restaurant that excels equally in both culinary execution and genuine hospitality, but Naides SF achieves exactly that. What impressed me most was how the entire staff worked together to create an atmosphere that felt both refined and welcoming. This level of excellence is something I have come to expect from Michelin-starred establishments, and Naides SF not only met that standard but surpassed it. In my opinion, Naides SF is truly deserving of Michelin recognition. I look forward to returning and experiencing their incredible hospitality and cuisine again.

Fine dining done right. Delicious meal. Inventive flavors. Precision presentation. Everything I expect with a fine dining experience, but done right and accessibly without feeling overdone or overtly fancy for fanciness sake. I love the humble honesty of this place. They know how to serve well, but they don't shove it down your throat. It's just....good. So creative and unique. I understood the Filipino flavors but they were presented so uniquely. Thank you for the amazing attentive meal! What a kind beautiful staff 🫶🏼🙏🏼

My friends and I had the pleasure of experiencing the tasting menu at Restaurant Naides alongside the non-alcoholic pairing, and it was truly memorable from start to finish. One of my absolute favorites was the golden beetroot paired with roasted yeast and carob cordial — I genuinely wish I could have that one every day. The balance of earthiness and depth was just incredible. Two dishes that resonated with me personally were the Puto (one of the three street snacks) — a beautifully steamed, fluffy rice cake topped with pork rillette, lardo, and wild unripe berries. It felt nostalgic yet elevated at the same time. But my favorite favorite dish had to be the bagoong. The explosion of flavor and texture completely surprised me and left me wanting more. It was bold, layered, and unforgettable. Beyond the food, the ambiance was intimate and thoughtfully curated. The music had a chill vibe and was perfectly balanced — present enough to create atmosphere, but never overpowering our conversations. I really appreciated that. What truly stood out was how the chefs and staff personally came to our table to explain each dish and gave us the opportunity to ask questions. That level of hospitality made the experience feel special and personal. Overall, an incredible dining experience. I would absolutely love to come back.

Visited in Jan 2025. New spot focusing on elevated Filipino food, with some areas for improvement. At $450+ for food, N/A pairing, tea, water and welcome N/A pour (after tax+tip), I found the entire experience to be underwhelming compared to similarly priced options in the city. The menu leaned heavily on salty and vinegary notes. 2 of the dishes (rice cake and calamansi brulee) were complete miss for me. Rest of the menu were ok to good, with no particularly outstanding bite. Good N/A pairing, with the tomato water being the most interesting. Nice service although some seemed a bit nervous
