Mike 5507 was absolutely amazing!! He went above and beyond to ensure my plumbing was fixed and usable same day. He took his time and made sure everything looked even better than before he got here. Mike (#5507) from Rotor Rooter was extremely professional and kind. He was very thorough in his evaluation of the clogged drain and answered all my questions in a very clear and concise manner. Once we decided to move forward and use the snake to clear the drain, he made sure he explained everything he was doing along with reasons behind it. I highly recommend Mike in any plumbing repair. I woke up to a basement full of water this morning due to a water heater that needed to be replaced. I was able to call Roto-Rooter to get same day service to get a new water heater installed. Jamaal provided quick yet thorough and professional service (the new heater/pipes look great) and the assessment of the water damage by Susan brought ease of mind. I'm very pleased with the level of service I received along with the cost. I'll definitely be using them again for other plumbing related needs that I have.

I hadn’t had plumbing issues for a long time (knock on wood). My garbage disposal went out on a Friday night. I went on line and made an appointment for a repair visit on the following day at 10:00. The repair guy showed up a little early only to find out I needed a new disposal. The one I had was over 20 years old, so it wasn’t a surprise. He told me exactly what to get and to call them back and they’d install it for me. I picked it up on Sunday and made an appointment for Monday. Hannibal showed up early (they called me and asked if they could) ready to go. He was a friendly, personable guy that got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. And, I paid a reasonable amount for the installation. I’m very happy and would gladly recommend them for any plumbing issue I may have in the future. Definitely 5 star!
