First time ever going—it’s my birthday weekend and I came up from Florida for vacation and the Hatsune Miku Expo 2026z my husband and o wanted to check the area around and saw there was a Round. It was a pretty awful experience. I truly wanted to enjoy the experience because it was going so well, up until we had come across one of the laziest employees there and the claw machines are horribly rigged. The rude short black haired lady who seemed to be the manger in the front? Completely disregarded the point of the claw machine / arcade portion of Round 1 we expected. I’ve had plenty of friends go to different round 1’s around the states and have had great experiences so I had high expectations. It was fun up until we came across her. Wish we caught her name. We’ve been told that Round 1 employees would encourage you ask for assistance or help with an unplayable machines. We asked once for assistance with a Hatsune Miku machine, it was unreachable for the claw to even latch (I’ve attached the image), we asked for help the first time and a gentlemen said they’d get help—waited about 10 mins and no one showed—my husband went back up again to see if we can get assistance but he came across instead the rude lady mentioned. I had too interacted to her prior to help with a winning earlier in the night and she waved me off with a dismissive head nod to another worker. Anyway, when my husband went back up, with her dismissive attitude she said, she wouldn’t help us with the situation and told the rest of the workers to not help us? It’s insane since we’re the ones providing the money and you can’t even provide the services. In addition, we spent about $55 dollars and obtained one plushie. The claw kept latching but you can visibly tell it loosened on purpose. It’s a good place to kill time but truly not worth it. You can buy most of the items online. This would be my first and last time unfortunately.

We went on a Friday night(busy), for family bowling time and signed up to get a text when a lane opens up( no text came) 😞. However I'm still giving 5 stars because there's so much more than bowling to do here, from arcades which you can purchase a loadable card for to the new sport area in the back that has free arcades, but older(we loved them❤️). To soccer, badminton, volleyball ball, a batting cage, trampolines, mini bowling and a mechanical bull 😅😅y'all it was Funtastic 🥰🥰 plus they have food that closes by 11pm/12am so enough time to do alot and eat too. Yes there's a bar too. We didn't even care about missing the lanes that night we had a great family night and lots of laughter ❤️ 💕 thank you 😊 p.s. the staff was nice too and the security is on point ☺️

I had a great time here. I suggest doing the games in the back. Pay one fee and just play.. Arcade games and the live games.... Staff was cool. I wouldn't go during kid busy hours. I went late as they close at 2 am... They do need new basketballs.

The directions inside the machine say “drop a ball into the marked spot” which we did. If you didn’t notice the fine print in the dark at the top of the machine at first nether did I, which adds to the highly visible rules inside the machine. Seems kind of scammy and scummy for an already low variance game of chance. Also they have swapped out most of their old claw machines to newer ones which “fake drop” items more often. Though tbh I’m not upset with the new claw machines as thats pretty expected and normal, just letting anyone know that hasn’t been here in while.

This place was cool. Enjoy that there isn't an entry fee and that they stay open late. The bar was operating with some confusion, as the liquor selection was underwhelming, and the people behind the bar couldn't actually make certain drinks, due to the manager having to tend the bar. Don't understand that. Service could be slow at times. But we did bowling and a few arcade games, and we had fun. The bowling portion has decent lanes, and can accommodate plenty. The food was standard arcade-ish food, but was serviceable. Also, since they're attached to Cumberland Mall, parking is free. I'd come back to do more of the arcade side.
