A group of us ate here for a bachelorette party, and everything was great. Our server Tristan was amazing in many ways - so attentive, helpful, professional and friendly. We are so glad that we got to have him for our tables. We also loved our bread man Sean 🍞 with amazing bread 🥹 We tired so many dishes and shared, and everything was amazing!! The only regret was that we didn’t get to try the steak 🥩 (next time!) Overall, the quality of service and food and the atmosphere were all great. 😊 we highly recommend Saint Bibiana for any occasions!!

The tequila/passion fruit/saffron cocktail was amazing. We had a nice window table near the bar, and our server, who was also the bartender, was very friendly. Service was great at first, but once the restaurant and bar got busy, we felt a bit neglected, though it was clear he was juggling multiple responsibilities. The burrata and peach dish featured outstanding peaches, but the burrata lacked creaminess. The octopus appetizer was ok, had a lot of lettuce and little octopus. We tried three pastas, all of which were good, though slightly overcooked for my taste, and the steak was also good. Overall, we loved the vibe, and the restaurant is very nice.

Everything about our experience at Saint Bibiana was beyond amazing!!! The food was absolutely incredible, and the entire dining experience was exceptional. I have celiac disease and it was the best gluten free meal I’ve had in a long time if not ever. I especially want to highlight the service provided by our waitress, Meredith. She was fantastic and made our evening truly special with her attentiveness and wonderful recommendations. It is rare to receive such high-quality service and she made the experience one we will never forget!! We will definitely be back!!!

@diningwithdirk: A week ago Sunday edition. Popped into a bar seat just in time to stop the hangry. Stephanie behind the bar was stellar, and the drinks were spot on (shoutout to the perfect Two Tides Brewing Company pilsner). We ordered the eggs Benedict and pickled shrimp. The shrimp were large and perfect, but the best bite was the pickled okra. The best essential order if you love pickled anything. The sandwich was full of goodness as well. My experience says a quick “thank you for choosing us” before asking about reservations goes a long way. This applies to many places in Savannah. Overall, a great Savannah Sunday.

If you’re looking for a beautiful dinner experience inside Hotel Bardo, this is absolutely the place. The ambiance, the food, and the service were all outstanding. A special thank you to Daniel — his service was exceptional. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and also gave us great recommendations about Savannah, which made the whole experience even more memorable. As restaurant owners ourselves in New York City, we know how rare it is to find team members of this quality. You’re very lucky to have him. Thank you, Daniel.
