  I really didn't go here but went to the bird seed stoFirst time dining here and overall we enjoyed it. Wife and I met a friend for lunch and each got the small size salad which is actually quite large. We found the staff to be attentive and they did an overall great job of adding things to our salad bowl we asked for, even adding some more of an ingredient if it was something we really liked. My wife pretty much got a straight up vegetable salad with a big mix of ingredients. I opted for a more "healthy" one with the addition of kale and spinach, garbanzo beans, feta and at the end I paid the upcharge for half an avocado and a salmon fillet. We were quite satisfied, I kind of felt my salmon was a little overcooked and dry but they probably do that so it keep well and appeals to a larger group of customers as rare cooked fish is not always desired. While there, I used the restrooms which were clean and shiny. Overall we felt the entire restaurant was spotless and kept very clean. The only thing I would fault them on is that the surfaces of their tables show a lot of wear, probably from the metal bowls the salads are served in. They really need to upgrade all the tables with new ones in my opinion. For that and the dry salmon I give them 4 stars out of 5! re next door.

  I’ve been a regular customer at this Salata location and usually have great experiences, which is why this situation was so disappointing. We placed an online order and when we got home realized both salads were missing the meat we paid for. My husband had to drive all the way back to the store to get it corrected. Instead of remaking the salad or properly fixing the order, he was told he could have a small cup of seafood mix. The portion was extremely small with only a few tiny pieces, which did not come close to replacing the missing protein from the salads. With how expensive the salads are, this was a very poor way to resolve a mistake. Customers shouldn’t have to go out of their way to fix an order and then still not receive what they paid for. I’ve had good service here before, but this experience was frustrating and definitely needs improvement.
