Located across the street from the convention center in downtown San Antonio while also being directly on the Riverwalk... the location can't be beat. Rooms feel a little bigger than typical hotel rooms and are comfortable and clean. AC works great in Texas heat.

The hotel itself was fine until my experience at the restaurant inside the hotel. Our waiter seemed rushed and ended up spilling water on me. I asked to speak with a manager, and a manager named Rene came over and offered a dessert as an apology. However, as he was walking away, I heard him make a rude and insulting comment toward me. My friends heard it as well, and we were all shocked. That completely changed our experience. We were so uncomfortable that we packed our things and left the hotel the same day. A manager should be setting the standard for professionalism and guest service, not making guests feel disrespected or unwelcome. As we were leaving, we also saw him laughing and flirting with the waitstaff, which made the situation feel even more unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would not trust this establishment to properly handle guest concerns or maintain a respectful environment. Very disappointing.

Across the street from the convention center and entrance to the Riverwalk. Rooms are a little older, smaller, but not bad. Staff was friendly.

Stayed here for a business conference and overall I’d rate it 3 out of 5 stars. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the River Walk, the Alamo, and nearby shopping. For business travel, the location is hard to beat. The room was clean and modern, and I appreciated the smart refrigerator and TV with streaming options such as Netflix, Prime Video, and YouTube. The biggest downside is the value for the price. For what you’re paying, the rooms feel fairly basic. There was no microwave in the room, which can be inconvenient if you want a late-night snack or leftovers without having to leave the hotel. Parking was another surprise at over $60 per day before taxes, which adds up quickly. Breakfast was also expensive at around $25 for a basic eggs, bacon, and coffee meal, while the $30 buffet felt more like an upgraded continental breakfast than a full buffet experience. The bed was also much firmer than I prefer. If you like a very firm mattress, you may enjoy it, but it wasn’t particularly comfortable for me. On the positive side, the view from the room was excellent, the hotel was clean, and the staff was professional. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the pricing and amenities didn’t quite match my expectations.
