The food was genuinely great and the atmosphere is nice but the service was unacceptable and completely ruined the experience. I usually don’t complain about service or write reviews but this experience made me feel like I had to.Our server Stefania was consistently inattentive from start to finish and was kind of ignoring us. The only time she checked on us was when we were already almost done with our meal. Aside from that we were never checked on, never offered water refills, and had to repeatedly call her over just to get basic attention. Even when she did come to the table she didn’t clear a single finished plate or empty glass. We ordered multiple small plates and the table quickly became overcrowded. We even stacked everything ourselves to make it easier to clear, yet nothing was taken away. Meanwhile we could clearly see other tables being attended to and prebussed, which made it feel like we were being intentionally ignored. To make matters worse several other staff members and server assistants passed by our table and also chose to do nothing. Basic service standards like clearing plates or checking in were completely absent. We had every intention of ordering dessert and another round of drinks but after this level of service we decided not to spend another dollar here.

Absolutely loved this spot, From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming , cozy, very clean and the staff that are friendly and attentive. The food was fresh, flavorful, and delicious — you can really tell care goes into every dish. Portions were generous and everything we tried was delicious. Customization without a fuss! It’s the kind of place that instantly becomes a favorite. But my biggest pet peeve was the service was lacking always forgot to bring items. Also all main courses wasn’t brought out at the same time, waitress was not to be seen. Finally someone asked if I was okay and I just wanted to pay and didn’t even know the waitress name. Like I said great place but get it together!

Had an incredible dinner at Santorini By Georgios in Miami! The food was unbelievable fresh and bursting with flavor. We loved our table outside by the pool, complimented by amazing live entertainment. A massive shoutout to our waitress, Cristina — she was absolutely magical, incredibly professional, and provided top-tier service. If you’re in South Beach, you must visit this place for an authentic Greek experience. Definitely order gyros with lamb and flaming cheeses. Also don’t forget to ask for Cristina; she is special. Five big stars. OPA!

Amazing Food! I usually don't order hotel restaurant food but I was tired and this was convenientent. To my surprise it was delicious. I recommend 10/10! And I got smoothies and cake from here on seperate occasions, it was all good! And the guy who works is soooo kind. He gave my dog water with out asking, just brought it! He is so nice!

While walking in the South Beach area, we stumbled upon Santorini by Georgios. We had a delightful lunch, with fantastic ambiance. Outdoor seating by the pool is beautiful. Our food was prepared perfectly, and the service was excellent. The drinks are wonderful, the bartender is a professional. Beware of the mandatory 20% service fee.
