We recently stayed in an Oceanfront King Room at Sea Crest Oceanfront Resort. The room itself was very nice, clean, and the ocean view was beautiful. The location is great, and overall we enjoyed our stay. My two biggest complaints were the balcony size and the pool music. The balcony is extremely small—really only enough space for one person to sit comfortably at a time. For an oceanfront room, I was hoping for a larger balcony where two people could relax together and enjoy the view. The other issue was the loud music played by the pool throughout the day. If you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere on your balcony, the music can be difficult to escape since it carries up to the rooms. Other than those two things, our stay was very enjoyable. If the balconies were larger and the pool music volume was lower, this resort would be close to perfect.

I came to Myrtle Beach a couple of years ago during hurricane season and it was the worst. We stayed at a different hotel. So, we decided to go with this hotel this time, second week of June, and it did not disappoint. It has so many things to do as far as water. They have multiple lazy rivers indoor and outdoor. They have a small little water park with a slide. They have multiple indoor and outdoor pools. Our son cannot walk and is in a wheelchair. They had multiple options for him to crawl about. And the best part is, you're right on the ocean as well. Great access to the ocean and was able to get a floating wheelchair for the beach so it's easier to transport our child. It's something that the city does and you would just have to get in contact with them. Plenty of parking if you are handicap. We will definitely be back and will be bringing more family!

Building is clearly older, but rooms were clean and bed was actually one of the most comfortable we’ve ever had at a hotel. Tiki bar was nice and it’s right on the beach. Price was great. 99% of staff were friendly. Would absolutely stay here again. Only complaint would be one elevator was out of service so it could be a bit of a wait for an elevator as the two that were open would be full and have a line waiting.

We had a wonderful experience at this resort. It was so clean inside and out. The staff works tirelessly to keep pools clean & maintained, elevators working and rooms supplied with necessities. Our stay was in between bike weeks and security guards created a safe environment for all of the families. We enjoyed the bar that was on property. So much fun.

All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The cost was economical for the season. The location was good. The gardens and the pools were just gorgeous and you couldn't ask for a better view, oceanfront. The rooms were very clean. They could have been a little more modern and updated. But with everything else I can't really complain. Kind of a hassle parking across the street. But again, I would definitely go back and definitely recommend it to others
