Seagraves has a service that cleans the filter in my septic system. People that installed it did not mention it needs to be cleaned every six months and I waited too long. When Seagraves came on site they noted this was likely issue (it was) and now they have me on an every six month service. They have also corrected several other installation errors made by the original installation company. Vey responsive, knowledgeable, and good price point on all their services.

The first time I called Seagraves, it was to fix a leaky toilet. They told me ahead of time there would be a service charge to come to the house, and I agreed. The plumber arrived, but realized the problem was not one he could fix, and that the toilet needed to be replaced. He was here less than 5 minutes, but I was ready to pat the service charge when he said, there’s no charge today. I have used Seagraves since then for various issues and they have always been efficient, competent and fair. I would highly recommend them!
