Well I'm not really a big Mediterranean eater but the food here was really good. They had this corn soup that tasted absolutely fantastic. The service here was also very good on the ball and very quick to help with whatever we needed. We got some bread and butter with some type of homemade butter that tasted amazing. If you are here I highly recommend that you stop by and try the food.

We stopped by for happy hour to send off a coworker moving to another job. The food was delicious and varied, from pizza, to Mediterranean mezzes, to Asian nibbles. The cocktails came quickly and were well crafted. My mocktail did taste like a cocktail (and not like watered down fruit juice), which was nice. The patio, where we were seated, offered good views toward the Ferry Building; we were lucky it was a pleasant, sunny day.

First time visiting Sens Restaurant and wow — what an incredible experience! The ambiance is elegant with beautiful Mediterranean décor that immediately sets the tone. The service was outstanding. Our server was gracious, attentive, and took the time to clearly explain the menu, which we really appreciated. The food completely exceeded our expectations. I had the Spanish paella and it was unforgettable — rich, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. My wife ordered the Branzino filet with crispy skin and a tender, juicy center. We shared both plates and every bite was exceptional. For dessert, we enjoyed the mascarpone cream orange glaze cake — decadent and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend Sens if you’re looking for refined Mediterranean cuisine and a memorable dining experience. We’re already planning our return!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant while attending an office party. Everything was absolutely delightful from start to finish. The food was delicious, the service was exceptional, and the atmosphere made the evening truly special. The stunning view and prime location added an extra touch. I would highly recommend this place.

This restaurant truly impresses with its gorgeous views of the bay bridge and a beautiful, stone-inspired interior that effortlessly creates a Spanish ambiance. There are multiple rooms and plenty of space, including an event space, making it versatile for any occasion. Mediterranean Spreads (4/5): All three sauces/dips were incredibly rich and creamy, a delightful start. However, the price felt a bit steep at $21 given the portion size. Arancini (4/5): These corn and mozzarella-stuffed bites were nicely crisp on the outside with a decent, though not particularly special, flavor on the inside. With only three to a plate, they didn't quite justify the cost. Tomato and Lemon Cucumber Salad (3/5): This salad was tasty but nothing remarkable. I'd suggest skipping it for something more unique. Lamb Skewers (3/5): Unfortunately, the lamb was overcooked and chewy, which was quite disappointing. Chicken Slider (4/5): A standard fried chicken with coleslaw, it tasted good but was pretty much what you'd expect to find at any basic shop. Not worth ordering here for a special experience. Paella (4.5/5): Highly recommend this one! The shrimp and chicken were really tasty, and the presentation was great. While it looks big, it's a very shallow dish, so it's enough for perhaps two people to share. For a group, you'd definitely need to order multiple. The items on the menu are a bit costly, and they have a small, curated selection. It would be nice to have a few more options. A big plus was our waitress, who was kind enough to let us order a few items from the happy hour menu even though we weren't seated by the bar.
