Perfect in every way! The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable beds. We slept very well. Fantastic on location too. Across the street is a supermarket and a shopping mall. WIFI was good too.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton in Towson for 5 days, and I can honestly say this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel completely at home. Every single day, someone was checking in to make sure I had everything I needed, and the level of hospitality was outstanding. A special shoutout to William (12th Floor Lounge) in the lounge area during the mornings. He did an absolutely amazing job taking care of everyone. The lounge was spotless every single day, the food was always fresh and warm, and he created such a welcoming atmosphere. You can tell he truly takes pride in what he does, and it made starting the day there a genuinely pleasant experience. Dante also deserves major recognition. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was exceptional. He carried himself with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care, and always made us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number. Whether it was checking to make sure everything was going smoothly, helping quickly with anything we needed, or simply making sure we were comfortable, Dante made the entire experience feel personal and stress-free. That type of management and customer service is rare these days, and it absolutely did not go unnoticed. The maintenance and housekeeping teams were excellent as well. Walking through the halls, everything was consistently clean, organized, and well-maintained. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming. There was even a prom being hosted on-site during our stay, and honestly, it was impressive to see how organized and professional the hotel staff handled such a large event. Everything ran smoothly, and it did not impact hotel guests whatsoever. That takes real coordination and professionalism, so great job to the entire team for managing it so well. Overall, everyone at the Sheraton Towson was amazing. Huge kudos to the entire staff for creating such a comfortable, welcoming, and enjoyable experience. This team deserves promotions across the board for the level of care and professionalism they show every day. I will absolutely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

I want to like this hotel because of its prime location and club lounge but it's hard. I've stayed here a few times and I want to like this hotel. This last time was "upgraded" to the club floor. This is never an upgrade because it's a busy zone for breakfast and at 7am you have to listen to frequent travelers who should know better talking with their outside voice in the halls. I went into the club lounge for breakfast and the bacon and sausage had bread mixed in to "absorb the grease". That was not the case my last stay and I ate the breakfast meats with no allergic reaction. When I asked about it he said they always put bread in it (not my experience two weeks ago) and made it seem like a big inconvenience that I asked for some without bread. It's 2026 we don't mix safe foods with common allergens anymore. The rooms are newly remodeled which is nice but you can easily see where they cut corners. The blanket has no weight and feels like your sleeping under just top sheet. I think next time I'll stay at the Fairfield in White Marsh or the Springhill on 43 (a consistentently enjoyable experience).

From the moment we walked in, everything about our experience was exceptional. The manager Donna was nothing short of fantastic; she was welcoming and committed to ensuring that we received a top-tier experience from start to finish. Our bartender Brittany was superb; she provided us with prompt service and her recommendations where spot on. The food was great, it arrived to our specifications and most importantly, hot. Between the food, the top-notch service, and incredible staff, we highly recommend the restaurant and we will definitely be coming back!

My husband and I have stayed at this venue twice to visit my niece who attends Towson University. We have nothing but wonderful things to say. Donna, the food and beverage manager was AMAZING! Hospitable, accommodating and personable. Our bartender, the night our family gathered for drinks, Brittney Brown, was so attentive, friendly, and stayed open later when more people came into the bar at closing time. We had a wonderful breakfast the next morning and our overnight stays are so comfortable. I give a 10 out of 5 stars! 🤩
