We were able to check in early! Location was good. There was a target, stores, restaurants at walking distance. We were told that there would be construction on site and we had no issues with that. The hotel was beautiful. There was a restaurant/bar on site but we didn’t get a chance to go down since we were tired. Room was comfortable and spacious. Definitely a place to stay at again!

First time at this hotel. Better than I expected. It’s clean. It’s up-to-date. Our room was clean. The front desk manager, Christopher, was helpful and courteous. But I want to give special recognition to Aby, who works at the breakfast/bar area. She’s professional, friendly, communicative, does a great job, and LOVES her job, which is rare these days. She made our stay more enjoyable.

Very nice hotel. Some parking issues are being addressed ... construction in progress. Nice area for places to eat & shop. The Sheraton could offer more perks especially for the price ... not even a complimentary breakfast was offered. One person in my party was assigned a room that was already occupied.

My daughter plays on a traveling volleyball team, so we’ve stayed at dozens of hotels over the past 4+ years across the Midwest. Some are good, some are just okay, and others are pretty bad. The quality with group packages is very hit or miss. The Sheraton in Brentwood, TN was an absolute standout ... honestly the best hotel we’ve stayed in during all that time, regardless of price. Even with construction going on during our stay, it was completely unnoticeable. The front desk staff were all friendly, positive, and genuinely engaged. The bar area was clean and comfortable, and our room was spotless with an incredibly comfortable bed. Everything about the hotel felt high quality. The location was also excellent. There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and there was adequate off-street parking. If you need a hotel in Brentwood (just outside Nashville), I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. We would absolutely book here again without hesitation.

I had a great week at the Brentwood location during my holiday in Nashville. The hotel itself is stunning, definitely the nicest I’ve stayed at in the area. Personally, I’d like to thank Megan at the front desk for her attentiveness to any and all concerns during my stay. She was always willing to help out to the best of her abilities with a smile on her face. All of the staff were lovely and helpful overall. The amenities are versatile and resourceful, so everything you need while being at the hotel is right at your fingertips. I look forward to booking with the Sheraton during my next trip to Nashville!
