The absolute worst hotel I have ever been to, and I was a housekeeper for 2 years. Upon opening the door i was hit with a very strong odor of mold/mildew, and immediately noticed the mold on the walls above the baseboards. Blankets, sheets etc. were dirty, used, had hair and burn hole through them. There was a piece of clothing behind the bed collecting dust for god knows how long, right next to a huge patch of dust/webs/mold/??? The shampoo and conditioner AND lotion were more than halfway gone and had hair on them. And the chair had a concerning stain on it. Coffee machine looks like its never been cleaned. Do not waste your money. Couldn't even lay or sit in the bed let alone sleep due to the horrendous state of the room.

Completely Unacceptable and Disgraceful Management Failure I am absolutely outraged by the way this situation has been handled. The level of incompetence and lack of basic human consideration shown by the hotel manager is simply unacceptable. Leaving a 17-year-old teenager, who had not slept and had just arrived, without a room — despite the fact that we had clearly informed the hotel in advance by message that he would be arriving in the morning and despite having a fully paid reservation — is a complete failure of responsibility and professionalism. This is not just a mistake; it is a shocking display of poor judgment and terrible management. Any decent hotel manager would have shown some common sense, empathy, and willingness to help, especially when dealing with a young guest. Instead, the manager chose to ignore the situation and leave a teenager stranded. To make matters even worse, after this unacceptable treatment, the hotel had the audacity to demand USD 120 for only 4 hours of room use, plus another USD 40 for an “early check-in” fee. This is outrageous, unreasonable, and completely inappropriate under the circumstances. A hotel should provide hospitality, not create additional stress and problems for its guests. The way this has been handled demonstrates a shocking lack of professionalism and a complete failure of management standards. Booking.com should remove this hotel from its platform and stop working with them permanently. P.D The shuttle ay the airport never arrived!!!

seems decent & looks clean, no soap or shampoo in bathroom no hot water lukewarm warm at best !!!! bed is perfect the shuttle free to the airport. Every half an hour 24/7 is a good thing. I think they just don’t want to spend money on minor Maintenence Items Some of the outlets don’t work. Blow dryer there, but not working. Breakfast area you look clean. Looks like a safe area

I had a very nice and pleasant stay at this hotel, a lady by the name of Anna check me in after a long trip and answered any questions I had. 06/10/26 I have updated my review because of a incident that took place today where even before check out time the ladies tried to come into the room after I Told them that I Wasn’t Ready. And at exactly 11 one of the honduran ladies that was Cleaning the rooms came to the room and wouldn’t leave. She spoke to me in Spanish that it was time for me to go yet there was other guests still in their rooms but she really wanted to clean my room and even got offended when I told her I wasn’t ready that I needed a few more minutes. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times this is the first time this happens.

DO NOT STAY HERE. First room had AC issues and was lounder than the Jets. Packed up and moved to a room with yes, NO HOT WATER. Just what you need after a long day traveling. Stay ELSEWHERE.

I am only giving two stars because customer service was pleasant, though first young lady said it was her first day back after a while and couldn’t give me the breakfast hours besides saying 7 o’clock and didn’t tell me the right spot to stand for the shuttle to come and pick me up once I got in the terminal, luckily they had my number to call me. And I made it to the hotel safely, van driver was very nice. But the rooms need to be redone ASAP! Starting with the old brown carpet that has seen better days, but is defiantly a harvesting spot for pest, mold and mildew, etc. I had to be moved from one room due to a bed bug on the pillow around 1am, thank god I seen it as it decided to nestle back into the pillow case, makes me scared that I could have taken that home🤮. Then some pest like bugs were in the bathroom, weren’t there before my shower but after. In the second room, I was moved to, the AC unit smelled like mold and mildew, also have stuff inside of them that looks like I’m not even sure, gunk! Bathrooms have been redone but pest control is terrible. Also the mattresses are old, they put a thin topper on dirty and stained mattress that sink in because of the bodies that have been on it. First room had smoking burnt spots on sheets, second room had a pillow with some red staining on it. Towels are clean but could be replaced because of thinning, I honestly slept at the desk and used my bag as a pillow. Couches have stains and I wouldn’t trust to sleep on the pull out bed, didn’t even bother looking. 😖😖😖 Breakfast is continental, which to me means very basic, and it really was. I asked nicely about having extended time added for an hour, she said it was normally $10 but she gave it to me for free. But housekeeping will keep knocking, which can be annoying especially when you let them know you are checking out later. I did request a shuttle to the airport, was told it would arrive between 12:15pm-12:30pm. I left at 12:45 via Lyft, which was not super expensive but still I could have taken a shuttle for free. So don’t depend on the shuttle really it’s a hit or miss. Either way, I would not stay here again.

Desk was good slow with check in and booking a shuttle was a true challenge for them had them cancel and try to rebook not great all around

The shuttle service was nice and reliable. The property seemed safe. The checkin process was easy and courteous. Their exercise room needs much improvement! The three machines are all out dated and two of the three did not work, just didn’t power on, the treadmill and exercise bike. It was apparent that the rust on them had overtaken them. A very nicely kept 2 star hotel.
