How can you be a diner and not be able to make pancakes 😭 I got the chicken and waffles and the waffles were so bad dry and crunchy no fluff. I would’ve rather some eggos. None of us liked our entree so we got the pancakes to share and it was horrible! I waiter was okay not the best service ever. But we got three different entrees none of which were good. Only decent thing was the fries. Very aesthetically pleasing place I well say and the jukebox is cool but that’s about it. If you’re a tourist by all means go ahead and come here. For the rest of you for the price the High price so note worth it.

Let me start with fact that I do understand that this is a diner…Beverage presentation was below acceptable service standards. Both items were delivered with visible cleanliness and preparation issues. The quality of milk texturing and drink assembly did not meet expected hospitality levels. Immediate improvement in preparation technique and presentation detail is required.

We love this diner even as local NYers. Love it in the morning when the lighting is perfect the grapefruit brûlée and eggs are delish. The staff are welcoming smiling and kind.

First time going there. I picked this location after reviewing the menu online and because my daughter is picky. When we got there it was busy. But no lines. Only one group ahead of us. No one was there to greet us at first. We got seated not too long after entering. Hostess didn’t have a smile. When we sat down and were given the menu, it was limited and different then online. It took some time for the waiter to come, then brought us drinks… took some tome to come back to take our order. When he took our order … it took about a good 1h until we received our food. First the appetizer we ordered were the fried cheese curds. It was DRENCHED in oil. My daughter ordered the rigatoni bolognese and was actually ok. I ordered the fried chicken coleslaw jalapeño burger. Unfortunately it was NOT it! It was uncooked. I debated returning it because I hate doing that. It makes me uncomfortable. However after cutting into it more it became apparent that it was not cooked. I was starving at this point and the waiter was nowhere to be found. I had to waive another one down and he said he was going to send him our way… by that time…. My daughter was sharing her meal with me. When he finally came by… i told him that the chicken was not cooked and the cut of the chicken was not it. He looked at it and said… so you want another one? At this point… i didn’t want anything else and said … we were sharing our meal. He said yea I mean you have alot of food!!! I said excuse me? He said well that is one of our best sellers. And I said… im not saying it’s not… I’m just saying that it was undercooked. He said ok and left. We got the check and luckily he didn’t charge me for the meal. But overall not impressed and will not be coming back! Oh and one more thing, next to us there was a group of 4 people… shortly after they sat down… they weren’t being tend to and they got up and left to go somewhere else.

Gorgeous retro-style modern diner. Beautiful decor, super friendly and helpful waiter, great food and lots of veggie options. Lovely location with outdoor seating options, and good music. Super spacious especially compared to other diner style restaurants.
