    We ordered in person and when we came home, we realized it wasn't what we ordered. We ordered two LARGE foot long meals and we ended up with two MEDIUM meals. For the drinks, we wanted a coconut cream slush and another a strawberry limeade slush. The girl on the switchboard kept asking what we were ordering and since nothing was popping up on the screen, I just assumed everything was right. We got home and I'm checking the receipt and called the location and the person answering was just rude from the get go so I decided to be firm in letting them know that we didn't get exactly what we ordered. Apparently they are not doing cream slushies at this location and we didn't know that when ordering. They told me over the phone that their ice cream machine was down. We also ordered ketchup for the tenders and she asked me TWICE on the intercom which sauces I wanted. Thanks anyway I guess.

    Ordered my food from a stall, the wrong order appeared in my screen. The girl brought the wrong order to me, but didn't ask what I had ordered. She came back out 15 minutes later to ask what I had ordered. I told her, and she said that they didn't have that order. So I ordered again, and that was about 10 minutes ago now. So waiting. These workers seriously need more training. Or a different job, they clearly don't care about this one.

    For the 2nd time recently, I pushed the red button and waited FOREVER for someone to take my order...never came on. I drove off to eat elsewhere. Sonic overall and as well as this location are becoming trash! I literally sat there and placed an order at BK. Smh.

    Management either needs to hire more employees or provide better customer service training. I waited in the drive-thru for nearly 15 minutes after being asked to hold, but no one ever returned to the intercom to assist me. During that time, at least five cars left the drive-thru because of the long wait. When I finally asked for an update, I was completely ignored. This was a very frustrating experience and reflects poor customer service.

    Took over 30 minutes to get someone to take my order after having to push the button 3 times. Took another 30 minutes to get my food. Then the food was old and also missing food. Worst sonic I've ever been to. Probably won't ever go back to another one
