I hosted an event here for about 400 people, and it couldn't have gone better. Everyone loved the space, the food, the drinks, etc. I pre-ordered a menu and then we set up a special menu that people could order beyond our food. The burgers, pizzas, pretzels and beer cheese, pirogies, sliders... they were all a hit. We had food and bar upstairs and downstairs. I was so impressed by the bartenders. They were hopping all night, and their drinks and selections were solid. The front area had giant windows that we had open, letting in the nice, cool air. We played trivia, cornhole, and just celebrated finishing a long work week together in Cleveland. None of us were from the area, and we felt well cared for by Kelsey and the whole staff. I couldn't recommend this place for a big event (or small) more strongly.

After changing my mind 10x after getting off my flight, I finally settled on this place. While the food was meh, the service was great! I had the pierogies and Seoul Burger. When I walked in I was quickly greeted and ushered to the bar. Bartender (Jessica) seemed to have a lot of people to tend to on a Thursday afternoon. Despite this she greeted me as soon as she could with an apology for the wait and promptly took my food and drink order (orange cosmo and mango daiquiri). While the food was just okay, I will return with coworkers to visit the bar. Nothing like a welcoming smile and kindness to beat the hangry-ness and jet lag. Come here if you need a good pour!

Was looking forward to the visit following a Guardians game at Progressive Field. Food was just average. Ordered a pretzel as an app which eventually came out after our burgers. Waiter seemed to think that was normal during his only return stop between ordering and the check. Burger was fine. Mixed greens and fries were all average. Neat atmosphere following a game. Somehow we paid almost $80 for two burgers, side of either mixed greens or fries, and a pretzel - no beers.

Spencer was great! My fiancée took me on a birthday lunch and we really enjoyed ourselves. Spencer was courteous and helped us out a lot. It was our first time coming here and he took great care of us. We sampled some house made beers and had “The Grind” pizza. It was so delicious! Quiet atmosphere probably because it’s a Monday but we enjoyed ourselves. We’ll definitely be back!!

Southern Tier was an okay experience. Nothing really stood out to me as above average. Beer was solid. My fried chicken sandwich was decent. Kinda dry wish they added more sauce to it. My buddy didn’t love his pizza. Probably wouldn’t come back. Busy night when we were there the staff was slow but a busy night.
