I was honestly shocked by how unsafe this hotel was. There were large groups of people outside drinking, openly using drugs, and bothering people walking to and from the hotel. Multiple people appeared to be under the influence and “nodding off” right outside the entrance. I also saw the same individuals going in and out of the hotel repeatedly, which made the situation feel even more uncomfortable. What disturbed me most were the open needles scattered on the ground of the property and parking area. I have never seen anything like that at a hotel before. This is absolutely not a place I would recommend for families or anyone traveling with children. The parking is separate from the hotel, so there is really no way to avoid walking through the area where all of this was happening. I was genuinely unsafe. I even spoke to a local police officer who advised me to avoid that street entirely. Because of the conditions and safety concerns, I refused the room and did not stay at the hotel. I spoke with the manager, Tyra, and requested a refund, but she refused despite the fact that I never checked into or used the room. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing and unsettling experience. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

We recently stayed for 1 night. We couldnt hear any street noise as we were on the 6th floor. Wilhemenia helped us resolve a parking issue seamlessly. She is a true asset to the Marriot Brand and company. The hotel is so lucky to have her :) (Also the male employee working the front desk at night on May 14- also provided exceptional service though regretfully, I forget his name.)

I had an exceptional stay at SpringHill Suites! I had a suite on the tenth floor, and had zero issues with sound both outdoor and inside the building. The room was spacious (with a couch and extra TV at the entrance, plus a small kitchenette) and the bed was super comfy! The room was perfect for everything I needed given the length of my stay. From check-in to checkout, the service was excellent and I had zero issues. I was in town for work and was lucky to find such a great room close to the convention center, among other attractions and especially restaurants. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience here. Thank you!

My daughter and I greatly enjoyed our weekend stay at the SpringHill Suites in Baltimore. Check-in was super easy and fast. Ms. King, hotel manager, helped me with a credit card issue I had on my end. She was very kind about it and provided personalized service. Our double Queen suite was nice and very clean. The hotel is in an older historic building so nothing is new but we had zero issues and enjoyed the charm of it all, including the old bank vault in the basement. We used the valet which is shared with the Hampton Inn across the street and had zero issues. They were very busy so arrive early if possible. Everything is done via text/online so it was easy to pay the next day and call for the car. The location of the hotel was great. It was a short walk to the inner harbor and to restaurants. We went to Nevermore Hall and the walk was about 10 minutes with well-lit streets. Overall, we'd stay at this hotel again.

Hotel was centrally located, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. That said, the breakfast was a joke. My son and I went downstairs an hour before breakfast ended, and there was nearly nothing left. My husband was there an hour earlier and the food was cold. If you stay here be prepared to go out and get your own breakfast. Additionally, the female valet attendant could use a happy meal.
