Hotel staff were excellent, hotel was nicely appointed. Hotel management: zero stars. Service rating represents the passive aggressive zero response from multiple phone calls to the front desk requesting manager intervention to the point where I was on a first name basis with the front desk staff long after I had checked out of the hotel. As a frequent traveler and military service member, I can’t recommend this hotel at all, despite the valiant effort of the staff. If you have ANY issue at all, rest assured the management lack any leadership to properly address or resolve your issue and will avoid ever calling you to understand the situation. When a case was opened with Bonvoy, management closed it with misinformation they concluded without ever calling me to confirm. In my 27 year career traveling for a living, I’ve never seen this level of unprofessionalism.

What a great stay and value. Service was great and everyone is responsive to your needs. Rooms were clean and plenty of parking on the premises. The pool was working and clean and the hot tub was a nice surprise. Close to many eateries and highway definitely would come back. Shouts to the managers, staff and room service. Breakfast was also a hit.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place, me my fiance and children came back home to visit from South Carolina, we booked a room here from April 1st through the 7th it is now the 10th and we are still here not only because we don't want to leave RI but we are very comfortable here...that is due to the Wonderful staff, they have made this stay here very enjoyable! Each and every one of them have been super sweet, always very pleasant no matter what time it is day or night, they also are extremely helpful with whatever you may need! I would go down to the lobby just to conversate with them 🥰 I hate having to leave and I will actually miss them!! I DEFINITELY WILL RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH TO ALL OF YOU!!!! LOVE MY FAMILY! CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOU NEXT TIME!!!! ❤️❤️

All the staff I encountered was amazing, especially the young man and woman who assisted in checking me in. I deducted 2 stars based solely on what’s listed below. My room was serviced only one time during my entire stay not every other day as the standard. (Checked in on Thursday room wasn’t serviced until Sunday and I checked out Monday. I requested daily at check in) I had to request it be serviced and it still didn’t get serviced until my last day. It was not thorough as trash cans that had bags before didn’t have bags. The towels weren’t placed well and I didn’t get as many as when I checked in. There were spiderwebs on the vanity ceiling and a small spider fell on the towel I had on the counter. Dirt smudges on the bathroom door frame and wall near the bathroom. The bathroom ceiling paint was chipping and there’s a gap where the shower head is. The painting wasn’t neatly done. It doesn’t look polished as if a professional would do. The room/floor had a smell I couldn’t quite put my finger on. Possible new remodel smell mixed with a little mildew. I bring my febreeze small space air fresheners just in case I encounter this. The remote didn’t work well for the main/large television. I had to press the buttons multiple times and very hard. Oh and my name never appeared on my tv, someone else’s did lol. Again, the staff were polite and very helpful. Just didn’t appreciate my room not being serviced even after I asked and was told they would.

If you’re looking for a business stay in a comfortable hotel and affordable pricing, this place is it. Super clean and cozy beds. I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years and in this place the bed was truly so easy to get comfortable and sleep in. Friendly staff and housekeeping diligently cleans everyday. Right off 95 and about 12 minutes to the airport, you do not hear the planes coming and going which is great, you’re just far away enough. The square in East Greenwich is literally a few seconds away and has great food options. 20 minutes to downtown Providence if you’re looking to stay way from the hustle and bustle of the city. Theres also a great pool indoor and jacuzzi. We were a little apprehensive as some Springfield inns can be outdated but this has the beautiful Marriott facelift to it. Breakfast included in the stay is typical to most hotels but is hot and well restocked. Love Marriott!
