This is hands down on of the best tasting spots in Memphis. I've had the seafood and it was absolutely amazing. But today I had the oxtails, cabbage and Mac n cheese for the first time and O..M...G! 🔥🔥🔥

The food was straight but pricey. I got a shrimp po’boy, fries, and some Kool-Aid. I enjoyed it a lot. My friend ordered the trap meal (crab, sausage, and corn). She said she liked it, but it wasn’t filling for the price. I like the location of the restaurant. It’s in the cut. The aesthetic is kinda cool. Customer service was what it was—she was kinda blunt, but I chalk that up to us coming within an hour of them closing. I’d try them again.

I think the food is truly amazing and the prices are great for what you get. There are still some opportunities for improvement when it comes to customer service. Over the past few months, I have noticed that it has gotten better, but there’s still some room to grow. The trap boxes are a bit smaller now compared to a few months ago when they were at the $15 price no issues with the price change. I would definitely recommend it. I also want to give a shoutout to the young guy with the dreads at the front. His attitude used to be a horrible, but over the past few months that I’ve been coming in, I’ve seen a big improvement so kudos to him for that. One recommendation I would make is that if kitchen staff (night crew) step outside to smoke and then return to the establishment, it would be great to see them wash their hands before going back into the kitchen area.

It was ok Fries was cold and old but didn't complain because fish was hot and fresh. Crablegs, lobster, and eggs were overcooked but had a good taste I spent over $100 also I asked if the banana pudding is homemade she said yes so I bought it but it wasn't the cookies was old and soggy I didn't eat it I threw it away paid $12 for 3 small cookies and pudding that wasn't homemade like I asked for before I bought it. I guess I bought the leftover because they only had 3 left.
