We stopped by on a busy Saturday night but were quickly accommodated at the terrace. The food was good & the service great. I would come again to try their pizza. I noticed how they cook lots of the dishes in their brick oven, so I loved the transparency. And the crowds seemed pleased.

Had such a lovely experience at Sunday In Brooklyn! Our waiter Nico was incredibly nice, attentive, and pleasant throughout the meal — he really made us feel welcome. I tried the Salsiccia Spicy with tomato and feta cheese, and it was absolutely delicious. But the real standout was the focaccia… honestly something out of this world! Fresh, fluffy, and unforgettable. The iced matcha latte was just okay compared to how amazing the food was, but overall it was still a wonderful dining experience. Would definitely come back!

Looking forward to returning to this restaurant I discovered during a trip to Brooklyn. Let’s begin with the fluffy Hazlenut Maple praline pancake, crispy edges and a rich brown butter topping, one of the best pancakes I’ve ever had. My second favorite was the breakfast potatoes, which were crispy and perfectly seasoned. I also enjoyed the mushrooms toast. I tried the smores coffee, which was good. No parking, limited seating, maybe a wait I think we just got lucky, plenty vegetarian options

I wasn’t a fan of the pancakes. They were a bit dense for me. Nor did I care for the sausage (pork or chicken). They seemed to have no flavor. They have slot of fun items on the menu. My bf got the s'more latte. I am not a fan of coffee bevy's, but he didn’t enjoy that either. I loved the orange juice, french toast bits, and hash browns. I would definitely go back to try other things on the menu. We never stepped inside so I am unsure of the vibe inside, but there were a group of girls that looked like they just had a birthday brunch.

I had a really nice experience at Sunday in Brooklyn. The space has a cute, cozy ambiance that feels warm and inviting. It’s perfect for a casual brunch or lunch with friends. The overall vibe is relaxed but still stylish, making it a great spot to sit and enjoy your meal. The customer service was friendly, attentive, and welcoming without being overbearing. For my meal, I ordered the warm grain bowl with grilled chicken, and it was absolutely delicious. Everything tasted fresh, well-balanced, and thoughtfully prepared. It’s one of those dishes that feels both hearty and wholesome at the same time. My friend ordered the fried chicken sandwich, which she really found flavorful and satisfying. However, she did substitute the fries for a side salad and was disappointed with that choice. The salad was extremely minimal; it was literally just a few pieces of romaine lettuce (included a photo), which didn’t feel like an even trade for fries. Overall, Sunday in Brooklyn delivers on ambiance, service, and quality food, but I’d recommend sticking with the standard sides or asking more questions about substitutions. I’d definitely go back for that grain bowl and to try the famous pancakes that looked amazing on the surrounding tables.
