I appreciated how Jaren explained the benefits of the rooms and gave me a tour. He was very nice and helpful. I love that I had my own room and privacy. The sauna experience was very relaxing. I hooked up my music to the Bluetooth and created a little vibe for myself. I conquered the cold plunge and lasted about a minute. I left feeling so relaxed that I took a nap when I got home.

This is by far the best sauna studio I’ve ever been to, and I’m very glad I switched from the competitor right up the road (which I was a member of for three years.) It’s like a night and day difference, literally the exact opposite. The staff and manager here are incredible. They go above and beyond, are always helpful, the place is kept very clean, everything is on point from top to bottom. They’re also very thoughtful, polite, I really can’t say enough good things about the management, staff and my experience having been a member here for a few months now.

I have previously used the facilities at SweatHouz in Roswell, which I was really impressed with. I was not aware that the facilities were not updated at this location. I really wanted to love it as much as the Roswell location but unfortunately it fell short for me. I was there with another guest and was expecting the two person sauna, but did not mind that too much. I overheard another customer talking to staff about the same issue and heard that they only have one, so that’s okay. The staff was very kind and accommodating, but stepped into the sauna with shoes on to show us the controls. The TV was not correctly labeled so I could not connect to Bluetooth (and probably disrupted other people’s TV’s In my attempts.) The biggest issue for me for this location is that the cold plunge is one communal cold plunge, in a separate room. The other location cleans the rooms after every use and has the tubs in every room. Not only was the cold plunge in a separate room, requiring showering, putting clothes back on, leaving the room, undressing again, cold plunge, showering again, etc, but it did not look very clean. I also was not keen on having to wait and check to see if it was in use/feeling like I needed to be quick. Unfortunately I will not be back to this location unless they update the facilities to have cold plunge in every room and more than one double sauna.

It was just what I needed at a good workout, would definitely recommend, the only thing I would like different is if the cold plunge was in the same room as the sauna for convenience, but other then that it was good!
