Pizza 5 starts but.....Major service change alert. New policy when ordering you must insert your credit card to pre authorize and open a tab (theres a new sign that reads "20% gratuity will be added to ALL open tabs at close") You must wave down a "server" who will close your tab on handheld per manager. She said they won't charge auto gratuity unless you leave without closing the tab. I respectfully voiced my opinion after ordering that this new policy seems shady and they should just pay servers or have traditional service. We mostly order bogo in Uber eats but enjoy dining in at lunch for the $8.99 lunch special. This new policy is not it and I'll continue to enjoy delivery vs dine in.
