As a seasoned reviewer, I rarely give out a 5 star for anything, but Ted’s was Excellent. Would love to return when we’re back in Atlanta. Server was attentive, friendly, personable and knowledgeable. Food was delicious, fresh, portion appropriate with an excellent presentation.

We put our name on the wait list and were told it would be a 45 minute wait. 1.5 hours later we were finally seated. People who arrived after us, and they put their names after us (no reservation) were seated before us and got their food before us. We ordered an appetizer and it didn’t come out. Our entrees ended up coming, so we had to cancel the appetizer. I ordered a steak medium, and it came out pretty rare and blood covered the plate & sides ruining the mashed potatoes. Once the steak was cooked medium, it was seasoned well, but the potatoes were ruined by the blood. Our waitress was good; she apologized and checked in multiple times to ensure things were ok. Our server is the reason why service got a 3 rather than a 1. Nothing was offered to be comped except the appetizer which we never got.

We stopped by Ted’s before a Hawks game. We were seated right away. I ordered the Avalon beef burger and got the special side of Blue Tomatoes(sliced tomatoes with blue cheese crumbles and balsamic glaze.) It’s was very good. I asked for my burger medium it was closer to well done so a bit drier than I like but it had a good flavor with the bacon carmelized onion, I really didn’t taste the roasted garlic aioli. The onion rings were good but weren’t hot. I did get a cosmo martini that was quite yummy.

We had an amazing experience here! The food was so good that the 30-minute wait for a table was completely worth it. Once we were seated, our server Tremerra was fantastic. She explained the menu really well and recommended that I try the bison steak instead of the traditional beef. I had never had bison before, but I took her suggestion—and it was the best decision ever. It was cooked perfectly and was honestly one of the best steaks I’ve had. I’m already looking forward to coming back just to order it again. For sides, my boyfriend got the garlic mashed potatoes and I ordered a baked potato, and both were amazing and clearly freshly made. Great service, incredible food, and an overall great dining experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant and can’t wait to return!

It is a pleasant atmosphere. Easy to talk . Nice place . Service was spot on. From the host to bartender to servers. Food was good I went with the teds bacon cheeseburger with bison. You have a choice bison or beef. The burger was good I ordered medium rare it came out medium which with bison can make it a little dry. The fries looked yummy but they came out cold. The bison chili was delicious.
